美しく改装された豪華なプロヴァンスの石造りの家は人里離れていますが、中世の村ルバーシュルルーから徒歩圏内です。 かつてフランスの彫刻家アンドレ・デルオルが住んでいた家は、果樹、ヒノキ、100周年のオリーブの木が植えられた4300 m2の地中海式庭園に囲まれています。
5x10mの新しい温水プールにはたくさんのおもちゃがあり、庭にはトランポリン、スイング、卓球、ブールピッチがあります。
地形が不均一なため、La Fenice 2は身体の不自由な人には適しておらず、残念ながら6歳未満の子供は地形とプールの安全性のために受け入れられません。
エアコン完備の3ベッドルームの農家は、カップルや家族に最適です！

Beautiful cottage

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the pool and the village. Terrific meal at les Jardines. Village is loveky and there is lots to see in nearby towns. Driving on winding roads takes some practice.

Excellent stay at this property. The villa, pool and grounds were beautifully kept and very clean. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed.Although lovely, I don't think the online photos do the villa justice, the outside kitchen area was large, fully equipped with sink, hob and dishwasher which was fantastic.Art was very friendly and helpful in his communications both prior to arrival and also on hand during our stay.Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful location

Beautiful property in an amazing location. We had a fabulous time. The house was very well equipped and the pool was just lovely. Our son loved the nearby football pitch. Art was a fantastic, friendly host, and was very helpful in finding extra information about the local area for us. We miss being there!

Lovely relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful and well equipped villa. Art was extremely helpful and very quickly sorted out problems with internet and was quick to respond to any queries. The pool area with its beautiful views was particularly enjoyed as were the various activities (boules, balls, ping pong). The area is relatively quiet but there is plenty to see and do. We just wish we’d had more time..we’d love to come back. Thanks so much

Beautiful villa

Had a lovely holiday at La Fenice. Villa itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Really beautiful setting on the edge of the village of Bar Sur Loup, which is in walking distance of a few restaurants. The whole family enjoyed the pool and the amazing outdoor kitchen. We even had some deer wander through the garden most days. And lastly, thank you so thank you so much to Art and Milly for all the helpful advice and looking after us so well.

Great house, well equipped, 30 mins from coast

The house and location more than met our expectations, walking distance from the lovely village but still private and secluded. The best private pool setup we've had on a holiday (we've tried a few over the years!), large warm and clean. I recommend a trip over towards Monaco and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Boulangerie Dutto was our bakery of choice. We were a family of four, 2 large kids, could probably do with another sofa for more "big people" sitting inside, but really it's all about the outside spaces where there are multiple options for large groups. Don't forget your insect repellant. Thanks to Art and Molly for a great holiday given the awkward Covid situation we find ourselves in.

Fantastic holiday!!

Art was really helpful. On our arrival he was there to give us a tour of the house & gardens and provide useful details of the local amenities, which was appreciated. He also kept in touch throughout our stay to help with any questions. The house itself has been beautifully renovated, with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. We all agreed the biggest asset to the property is the heated pool. This was a big hit for the kids & adults!! The pool and garden area are very private & peaceful with stunning views, perfect to relax in. The village is a short walk from the villa. It’s got two great boulangeries, small supermarket and some lovely places to eat. We decided not hire a car but instead used the local buses from the village to take day trips to Grasse & Valbonne. Our aim for this holiday was to relax and we were able to do exactly that!!

Lovely house with all you need in the beautiful Gorges du Loup area

Thank you Art for all your assistance. We had a great week. The house is lovely but it is the outdoor space that makes it really special. It is very well equipped including plenty of games - soccer/basketball was appreciated for the pitches located up the road. We were unfortunate with the weather (early June) so the heated swimming pool was most welcomed. The WIFI was given the seal of approval by the teenagers. Le Bar Sur Loup is a small but charming village with three restaurants opened while we were there. It is on the edge of the beautiful Gorges du Loup. Because of the weather we did a few day trips. In our opinion Antibes and Cannes had nothing to offer but Monaco was worth the visit. If you plan to stay in this house you will not be disappointed.

Heerlijk ontspannen met geweldig uitzicht!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Bar du Loup. Vanuit dit dorp kun je mooie wandelingen maken naar middeleeuwse dorpjes en langs de Gorge du Loup. Het huis zelf is comfortabel en gezellig maar je komt hier eigenlijk voor de tuin en het uitzicht op de bergen. S’ochtends heerlijk ontbijten aan de picknicktafel met een verse baguette die je in het dorpje kunt kopen. Een duik in het zwembad of een potje pingpongen. Heb je nog leuke tips nodig dan is Art een ideale gastheer. Eten bij l’ecole des filles is echt een aanrader.

Jolie maison entre mer et montagne

La maison est très bien située, entre mer et montagne, dans un joli village typique et à proximité immédiate (à pied) des petits commerces et des départs de randonnée. C’est une très belle petite maison, restaurée dans les règles de l’art avec de beaux matériaux. A l’étage, 1 chambre double, 2 petites chambres avec lits simples et une salle de bain avec douche, baignoire et WC. Au RDC, la pièce principale. Depuis l’extérieur, accès à une buanderie avec un second WC. L’extérieur est très agréable. Au calme, sans vis à vis, bien exposé, avec une jolie vue sur les collines et un grand jardin avec restanque. L’espace piscine et le pool house sont spacieux et bien aménagés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité d’Art, le cadeau de bienvenue, les produits de première nécessité à disposition ainsi que la propreté irréprochable des lieux. En revanche, nous aurions aimé savoir, dès la réservation, que sur la propriété, se trouve une autre habitation, à usage exclusif des propriétaires, distante de seulement quelques mètres de la maison et juste au-dessus de la piscine. Ce n’est pas gênant puisque les propriétaires ne louent pas la maison lorsqu’ils sont présents mais ce n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Au final, une très belle maison mais un peu chère au regard de sa superficie.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung

In dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus mit Pool, Tischtennisplstte, Badmintonfeld und herrlichem Garten fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist grandios. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Wärmste Empfehlung!

Magnifique villa

Excellent accueil et séjour dans cette villa avec piscine chauffée. Tout était parfait : l’environnement calme, la décoration et l’équipement exhaustif . On repart avec regret de n’avoir pu rester plus longtemps et le sentiment d’avoir été des invités. Merci !

Lovely place

The downstairs accommodation for outside and poolside living is excellent, with great equipment, plenty of seating and lounging options, games etc. Bathroom is a good size and well appointed. Bedrooms are small and storage minimal for adult groups. But adequate. Art looked after us very well. The village is beautiful with 3 good restaurants, bakery etc. Views are stunning.

Superbe séjour

Magnifique maison ! La vue est impressionnante, le terrain est superbe : très belle piscine , cuisine extérieure très agréable et très bien équipée, terrain de pétanque, badminton, trampoline, balançoire, ...un vrai coin de paradis, hyper calme...mais proche de tous les commerces et restaurants de Bar sur Loup ( à pieds) L'intérieur de la maison est sobre , très propre et très bien équipé. La climatisation est un vrai plus dans cette region. L'accueil est chaleureux, la présence est tres discrète mais disponible si nécessaire...rien à redire. Toute la famille a adoré...on y serait resté plus longtemps avec plaisir !

The perched village of Le Bar sur Loup is located between Grasse and Nice at the beginning of the picturesque Gorges du Loup. Here, the best of both worlds exists with the peace and beauty of the countryside and the excellent proximity to the towns on the Riviera.

The village itself has good facilities, including numerous restaurants, several bakeries, general store, pharmacy and post office.
