Kitchen & Bath Supplies - Starter Pack
The home includes a starter pack of kitchen and bath supplies to get you through the first day. If you need additional supplies, please plan on brining your own or to pick some up at the store. The following items are included in the starter pack: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one bar of hand soap per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one kitchen trash bag, one package of dishwasher soap, one small container of dish soap, and one package of laundry detergent.

No Smoking of any kind is allowing at this property, inside or outside.

Stay Salty, OBA is located in a quiet, family friendly area in Orange Beach, Alabama. The entire city of Orange Beach has a firm noise ordinance after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. The Orange Beach police do patrol the area and we have full time neighbors that will notify us of any major disturbances. We want you to enjoy your vacation but also ask that you be respectful of other neighbors.

Per our HOA rules limiting rentals to one primary family, at least 50% of all guests must be related to the primary tenant (grandparents, parents, children, siblings, cousins, etc). Please contact host if you have questions on this.

Rental agreement must be signed before reservation is confirmed and valid
Renter must be 25 years of age or older and agrees to occupying the property every night of the reservation. We are unable to allow exceptions to this rule.

Government ID (front and back) must be submitted to owner. (Text or email)

Cameras are located on the outside of the property observing: Front Door, Driveway, Backdoor, and east side of home monitoring the sewer grinder pump alert light.
