Adjacent to the Gulf State Park and steps away from the beach, 3 Little Birds is in the perfect location to enjoy all the natural resources the Alabama Gulf Coast offers. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, 3 Little Birds welcomes you with immaculately designed coastal interiors and an enchanting community that feels removed from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

Offering 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. 3 Little Birds' features include a fully stocked chef's kitchen and expansive living room seating to accommodate the whole family. Plus, family time is top of mind with an oversized front deck and a ground-level patio complete with a BBQ pit and ample outdoor seating.

What's more, The Parks Edge community offers numerous family-friendly amenities, including an outdoor pool, deeded beach access nearby, and exclusive access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail through Rosemary Dunes. Nature enthusiasts enjoy trail runs, bike rentals, golf cart rides, and much more!

Upon entry to the main floor of 3 Little Birds, guests are greeted by an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with access to both the outdoor patio and front porch. The main floor also offers a spacious bedroom outfitted with a king bed and en suite bath, a powder room just off the hallway, and a full-size laundry room with an extra refrigerator and ice maker. Upstairs includes 4 more bedrooms; a master suite with en suite bath, another king bedroom, 1 guest room with a queen bed, and 1 guest room with a queen bed plus bunks. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living areas and every bedroom.

Important Notes

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. We unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. Smoking is not permitted. Winter monthly guests are welcome. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. The private parking and driveway accommodate 4 vehicles. Strict adherence to a maximum occupancy of 12 guests is required at all times.

The house was beautiful and had everything our family needed for our stay. With 8 adults and three kids we did rent a golfcart to go to the beach but it wasn't that long of a walk if we had to. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful home located close to the beach, pool, and Alabama State Park. The house is also centrally located for all nearby attractions including day trips to Pensacola and Mobile.

This place is so beautiful and new ! It’s backs up to a peaceful state park and has a neighborhood pool right there! We walked right to the beach from the house! This home is so cozy! We will be back to your home every year! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect house with plenty of room

The house was exactly as it was described and there were no surprises. All the rooms were large and we had more than enough room for our group of 9. We loved the easy access to the beach and the neighborhood was cute and quiet.

Great location

Perfect number of bedrooms for 7 adults and 3 little ones. Very clean and nice house. House is a little walk from the beach but not bad at all. Very quiet neighborhood backed up to the state park. Enjoyed going on the paved trails in the state park. Also enjoyed the pool which was conveniently situated.

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for us. We had 5 couples total and one teen, it was great because all of us had our own room and there were plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. Pretty short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool. The property was extremely clean, all of us were very happy with the space! Thank you!
