Wir wurden herzlich und äußerst zuvorkommend empfangen; alles hat perfekt geklappt. Die Wohnung und der Park sind top gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Thibauld ist ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann. Er war stets freundlich und grüßte uns herzlich, wann immer wir an ihm vorbeikamen. Die Sportmöglichkeiten, darunter ein kostenloser Tennisplatz vor Ort, sind hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Well equipped house set in beautiful grounds. Lovely peaceful setting and a very attentive host. Lots of space in the garden of our gite - and our gite itself had plenty of room. The setting was perfect for us and near enough to local towns. We visited Dieppe and Rouen also during our stay. Our teens and dog equally enjoyed the setting so it was a real treat all round!

A lovely time!

Our family of three and border collie stayed here for a week and had a really successful and pleasant time. The gite was clean and had an exceptionally well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy, and the garden was secure for our dog and big enough to play endless catch with the ball! The property was not overlooked and we spent a very peaceful week here and had beautiful weather.

Wir waren zu siebt eine Woche im Ferienhaus Joseph. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage in einer ehemaligen Schlossanlage. Wer die Normandie von hier aus erkunden möchte, muss längere Strecken mit dem Auto einplanen. Rouen ist jedoch schnell zu erreichen. Thibauld war ein angenehmer Gastgeber.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Een prachtige omgeving en huis. Keuken met veel benodigdheden. Goed kunnen koken voor 8 personen. Bedden lagen heerlijk. Een huis om aan te bevelen.

Quiet stay in rural France

We stayed in the lovely property in the last week of June.. We were blessed with the . I was constant sunshine throughout our stay. The property is in a very rural location and you definitely need a car to get around. The village of Bosc le Hard is only a 10 minute drive away and there is a lovely bakery, a few bars and a good supermarket. The property is also well situated for access to the autoroute to go north towards Dieppe or south to Rouen. The property itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need.The outside space was ideal to spend long evenings in the sun drinking wine. The only criticism we could make was a lack of hanging space for clothes. There was an open rail provided on the first floor but nothing at all on the ground floor. The ladies had nowhere to hang dresses or longer clothes. Other than that small point we had a lovely week and would love to return in the future..

Lovely peaceful holiday

We had a lovely holiday here. The cottage was very spacious and well appointed: the kitchen especially had everything we could possibly need! Thibauld was a charming and attentive host and the property is beautiful. We brought two small children and they particularly appreciated cycling around the grounds and feeding the goats! There is plenty to do in the area, even out of the high season. The nearby town of Saint-Saëns is beautiful as is the countryside around, and it is an easy distance from Rouen and the seaside at Dieppe.

French escape

Great property in an a beautiful spot next to the Chateau. Settle in & relax as we did. Great garden for our miniature dachshund to have a play in. We will be going back.

Lovely spacious property with four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus separate toilets and big open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Property is ideal in good weather if you predominantly want to be in the property and go for walks locally. There is a Carrefour within a 5 min drive. There is little else locally in terms of places to go to eat and drink, however. Most places we wanted to explore were a reasonable drive away but Rouen is only around 30 mins. The Owner was very hospitable.

vriendelijke host, mooi landgoed en groene omgeving wel iets verder afgelegen van de bezienswaardigheden ondanks het slechte weer hebben we toch een zeer aangename vakantie gehad

Un p'tit coin d'paradis

Au milieu de la verdure d'un parc séculaire, une propriété dont on tombe sous le charme dès le premier abord. Tout est pensé un peu 'comme à la maison. Chic, sobre, et très confortable. L'hôte est à la hauteur du lieu et défend à merveille la qualité du séjour qu'il a orchestré pour recevoir en toute convivialité. Nous avons passé un séjour enchanteur avec une météo très appréciable.

Quality time away with family friends

Would return again and would highly recommend to friends, family or anyone looking for a place to holiday, relax, reconnect and enjoy. High quality renovation offers a good size space without feeling on top of each other during our stay. The decoration has a modern feel. Well equipped kitchen - saucepans, mixing bowls etc. Not a lot of cupboard space to store food after you’ve been to the supermarket but good counter space. Good size fridge/freezer. Plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses and mugs for all food and drink throughout the day. Two shower rooms are good, clean and tidy with warm showers. Good size bedrooms for sleeping, dressing and your luggage (no luggage storage under bed) Storage drawers in each room and bed slide lights for each person. A movable hanging rail is provided upstairs. A large open landing upstairs connects the rooms and doubles as space for reading, watching (second) TV or connecting games console. The host is delightful, family orientated and fast at responding to questions. The house is located on a beautiful family owned château estate. Garden with patio and grass area big enough to kick a football or play badminton. Carrefour 5-10 min in car at Bosc-Le-Hard with bakeries etc

Très bon week-end de repos dans ce gîte

Trois jours très agréable. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable ce qui facilite toute démarche pour la location. Le gîte est spacieux et très propre. Merci pour l'accueil.

Modern gerenoveerd voormalig stallencomplex

De woning is onderdeel van een fraai oud landgoed. Wel enigszins afgelegen, maar de volmaakt rustige een authentieke locatie maakt het dubbel en dwars waard. Het huis is schoon en netjes, de keuken goed geoutilleerd en de slaapkamers hebben bedden met voldoende lengte en breedte. De tuin is netjes omheind, dus de hond kon lekker los. De eigenaar is uiterst vriendelijk en welwillend. Kortom een aanrader.

Zéro communication une fois l'argent encaissé

Le propriétaire des lieux vous ignore une fois votre séjour terminé, je pouvais bénéficier d'une participation aux frais de mon séjour moyennant la présentation d'une facture, ce monsieur m'a ignoré pendant plusieurs semaines/mois jusqu'à ce que la date butoir ne soit atteinte de mon côté, c'est bien beau de prendre des réservations, mais il faut aussi assurer ensuite, cela fait partie d'une prestation globale et ici c'est loupé... cela me laisse une très mauvaise impression.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Het was een hele fijne vakantie, super vriendelijke eigenaars, hele mooie rustige omgeving, zoals op de foto´s, huisje netjes, heel veel activiteiten in de omtrek mits kleine verplaatsingen, we hebben hier gewandeld en gefietst, de zon was er de hele periode en konden hiervan maximaal genieten op het zuid west gelegen terras. Kortom een aanrader. Monsieur de Beunaye, merci pour cette merveilleuse experience!!
