Wonderful House and Host

Marie Agnes was an excellent host and the house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The town of Cotignac is really wonderful! Our family had a great stay. I'd recommend to anyone.

We strive to improve all the time the welcome either by the comfort (you had the surprise to find a big arbor installed on the terrace the day before your arrival), or by the provision of material (example sheets of beach). Successful holidays, without worries, it is important !!!!

Fantastic house in a great location

We had a warm welcome from the host, Marie-Agnes, who was on hand with any help we might need and information. A comfortable, well-equipped home in an ideal location, just a short flat walk into town. The town itself is lovely with several nice restaurants.

Ideal location

We had stayed in the property previously. The balcony is a wonderful addition, as is the A/C. The house is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. A nice spacious bedroom, good bathroom and shower and large living/dining area. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walking distance to the centre of Cotignac.

Das Haus und der Garten sind ein Traum. Die Ausstattung ist auf höchstem Niveau. Geschmackvoll und sehr individuell eingerichtet. Marie Agnes ist eine liebevolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit selbstgemachten provencialischen Tartes empfangen hat. Ganz lieben Dank nochmal. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Très bon séjour.

Marie Agnès est une hôtesse prévenante. L'appartement est très bien équipé, lumineux avec une belle pièce à vivre; belle terrasse et jardin pour profiter du beau temps, emplacement idéal pour visiter Cotignac. Un bémol, les chambres du bas ne possèdent pas de sdb, il faut passer par le jardin pour accéder à celle de rdc.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Fantastisch!

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de verhuurder met zelfgemaakte quiches en salades. Het is een fijn huis met een mooie tuin en voor en achter het huis een terras. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Echt een aanrader!

Perfect location and home

We enjoyed our week long stay! Cotignac is a quaint small historic town which is well situated for visiting other towns (and wineries) in Provence. The house is on a hill with a very nice view and is a very short walking distance to the center of town (even shorter if you walk down the steps in the back yard to the street below). The house itself is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The upper part of the house has one bedroom and a new full bath, and there are two additional bedrooms and a half bath in the lower section (need to access via stairway outside). The outside grounds are nice and there is plenty of outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. We very much enjoyed meeting the owner, Marie-Agnes, who showed us the property and surprised us with some food she had prepared (and a bottle of wine from the local cooperative). A great visit!

charme et calme

maison avec le charme de l ancien à proximité à pied du centre de cotgnac. la maison est très fonctionnelle avec tout à disposition . Le plus le repas préparait par Marie Agnès a notre arrivé le dimanche soir. merci pour la bienveillance de Marie Agnès.

Exceptionnel ! Tout était parfait.

Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles! La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Elle est située en plein cœur du village, tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons profité des 2 terrasses dont l'une à vue magnifique sur le village de Cotignac. Que dire de la propriétaire ! Gentillesse et générosité ! Un repas délicieux nous attendait le jour de notre arrivée. Je veux y retourner un jour! Je conseille cette location sans problème, je suis certaine que vous aurez des vacances exceptionnelles comme nous

Une maison très accueillante dans un village de carte postale

Nous avons trouvé que cette maison avait beaucoup de cachet et que son emplacement est excellent, à 5’ à pied du centre du village, avec une très belle vue sur la colline et le rocher de Cotignac. L’équipement est très complet et l’accueil très attentionné.

Lovely location, walking distance to Cotignac

We enjoyed several days in this home, easy walking distance to Cotignac. The kids enjoyed the terraced yard and little cabin/fort. It was nice having two outdoor eating tables, so depending on the sun we almost always had a shaded option. The views of the rocher from the yard at night were beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!

L’accueil de Marie Agnes est excellent : gentillesse, précision, sérieux et professionnalisme. La maison correspond très bien à la description et est parfaitement équipée et pourvu de tout ce dont l’on peut avoir besoin. Même le presse agrumes :;)

Formidable séjour!

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par Cotignac et cette super maison. La réalité est encore meilleure que les photos. Notre hôte a été d une gentillesse et d une bienveillance rares. La situation géographique est idéale pour rayonner entre les villages de Provence et les gorges du Verdon. Et la maison est très agréable, très bien équipée, rien ne manquait, et en plus c est climatisé ce qui est un luxe très appréciable! Le jardin est hyper pratique et la vue sur le village et ses falaises rendent l endroit si poétique.

Charmant village provençal, on s’y sent bien. Rivières rafraîchissantes à proximité.

Agréable maison dont la disposition est idéale avec belle vue sur le rocher de Cotignac. L’accueil de Marie-Agnès est appréciable avec petites attentions et tout pour le confort pratique (linge de maison, de toilette, serviettes de plage, produits ménagers, essuie-tout, papier wc, etc. et des aliments et condiments de base afin de n’être pas à sec à l’arrivée). La rigueur de la propriétaire se retrouve dans l’organisation de la maison où tout est pensé pour ne manquer de rien. La néanmoins souplesse de Marie-Agnès nous a permis de loger avec notre toutou en toute tranquillité. Le jardin et la terrasse permettent d’alterner selon le moment de la journée pour ne pas souffrir du soleil. Les chambres du bas sont heureusement fraîches tandis que les pièces du haut sont chaudes malgré le bon respect des consignes de la propriétaire pour se protéger de la chaleur. Il ne manque plus que la climatisation (en cours) et la piscine! Les commerces du village sont à 5 mn à pied. Ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons à Cotignac. :)
