About this property
Villa for 6 people with private pool and sea view
Facing you, the sea, the island of Porquerolles, and the Giens Peninsula. Overlooking the greens of the Valcros Golf Course, this house with a superb view and no opposite neighbors offers the conditions for a pleasant stay. You will stay in tranquility between the pool and the terraces, just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of l'Estagnol, Brégançon, and Pellegrin, and the pier for the island of Porquerolles.
The house is approximately 100 sqm on 2 levels (half level).
Level 1: living room with equipped American kitchen opening onto a covered terrace.
Level 2: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets.
For your comfort: air conditioning, satellite TV. This villa does not have internet connectivity.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit of €1400 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to the current rate), and mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €160.
Possibility to rent bed linen:
Double bed: 22€
Single bed: 14€
Towel kit per person: 10€
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs).
