Dive into the comfort of this magnificent air-conditioned villa, ideally oriented south.

Enjoy a spacious and bright living room with a dining area, opening on one side to a shaded pergola, and on the other to a terrace offering stunning views of the hills and beautiful sunsets.

With 1 master suite, 1 family room, 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (Bathtub and Shower) and 3 separate WC, this villa comfortably welcomes up to 12 people.

Also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso Krups machine and a traditional drip coffee maker.

Relax around the large pool (12m x 5m) with its outdoor solar shower, or explore the vast 2500m² landscaped garden with its shaded pétanque court (bring your balls).

Nestled in the peaceful and residential neighborhood of La Galinette, the villa is ideally located near the village of La Londe, where the Sunday morning Provençal market awaits for leisurely strolls and tasting of local products.

Just a 10-minute drive away, enjoy the sunny beaches, embark on an escape to the paradisiacal islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Le Levant, or be tempted by a variety of water activities.

For golf lovers, the 18-hole course of Golf de Valcros, extending over 50 hectares in the heart of the Massif des Maures, is just a few minutes from the villa.

La Londe, backed by the Massif des Maures and bordering the salt marshes of Hyères, faces the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Le Levant, for which it is an ideal embarkation point from April to November.
La Londe is a privileged place to stay, where everyone can enjoy, at their own pace and pleasure, their favorite activities, leisure, and sports.
The facilities of the resort, its professionals, and the exceptional sunshine (approximately 300 days a year) undoubtedly make this village in Provence d'Azur a "four-season destination."

Practical information:

• The villa is perfectly suited for family stays (parents and children) or for couples and friends over 35 years old, to fully enjoy a calm and relaxing environment.
The rate adjusts according to the number of people, please specify this when making your reservation.
For any questions, feel free to contact us via "Contact the owner," we will be happy to assist you in organizing your stay!

• For your comfort, the pool is accessible from April to October. If you wish to enjoy a heated pool, this option is available for an additional charge (250 €/week). Please inform us at least 15 days before your arrival so that we can prepare it for you!

• To make your stay easier, we offer the provision of bed linen and bath towels as an option (with an additional charge - 20 € per person). Feel free to request them!

• The accommodation is not accessible for wheelchair users (there are both interior and exterior steps).

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen im Ferienhaus. Das Angebot entspricht allem wie angekündigt. Einfach TOP! Sehr sauber und gepflegt.Auch die Kommunikation mit Vermieter/Schlüsselübergabe waren gut organisiert.Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub hier verbringen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely week

Lovely property, great for a family of mixed generations. However, it’s worth noting that only the ground floor room is suitable for any elderly guests as the downstairs rooms are accessible via an awkward flight of steps. Also access to the pool area is tricky for the elderly as the steps down are quite steep but otherwise it was a wonderful spot for a dip. Overall the villa was well appointed and very clean with stunning views from the terrace, the dining area and the majority of the bedrooms. The owners really went the extra mile to greet us and show us around. The only other comments I would make are that the kitchen is quite small (although beautifully done) so only 2 or 3 people could be comfortably in there at the same time. Also there were very few mirrors - one in each bedroom would be really helpful. Overall I would recommend the villa and location for a relaxing break away from it all.

For the duration of our stay we felt like we were in the villa of a movie star , a beautiful villa with ever Mod con you can think of with the best views around , only a short drive to most attractions and the beach , a small store located at the bottom of the road . We will be back

Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Villa

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, großer und gepflegter Pool, der auch regelmäßig gesäubert wird. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Tolle Lage mitten in den Hügeln und dennoch unter 15 Minuten am Strand. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben einen rundum entspannten Urlaub erlebt. Wünsche, die dort aufkamen, wurden uns von den Verantwortlichen sofort erfüllt. Wir haben die Abende meist auf der Terasse verbracht, die sich tagsüber gut aufwärmte, so dass wir auch in dieser Jahreszeit (erste Oktoberhälfte) noch lange draußen sitzen konnten. Tagsüber gab es Sonnen- und Schattenplätze, so dass jeder zufrieden war. Der Pool lag lange im Schatten, das Wasser war aber warm genug, so dass unsere SChwimmer ihn dennoch reichlich genutzt haben (Heizung zugebucht!), und die Sonnenhungrigen haben sie sonnigen Bereiche des Pools genutzt. Meist haben wir selbst gekocht, was mit der vorhandenen Ausstattung gut möglich war. UNd die Umgegbung ist sowieso toll...... Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Geräumige Villa mit großartiger Aussicht

Sehr schöne und geräumige Villa; die Aussicht ist super und macht jedes Frühstück zu einem Genuss. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und groß. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, so dass man zum Einkauf immer das Auto braucht und die Einfahrt zur Villa ist jedesmal eine kleine Herausforderung. Die schönsten Strände sind tatsächlich sehr schnell erreichbar und konkurrierten mit dem hervorragenden Pool. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, allerdings sind Französischkenntnisse erforderlich.

Relaxing pleasant holiday

We had a very enjoyable holiday at the villa. Located in a quiet safe area with a shop close by for essential items. The pool was fantastic, clean and large enough to accommodate adults and teenagers. Spacious gardens and seating areas with wonderful views of the mountains.

We have nothing but praise for this property. The owner Communicated with us when we needed it. The caretaker Was on hand if we had any problems. The villa is well equipped with you needs for a comfortable stay. The pool and view are a special treat.

Plek om te genieten!

We hadden een fijne week in het nette en goed uitgeruste huis en de prachtig aangelegde tuin. De kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in het zwembad. Doordat het verwarmd was, was het water ook in deze tijd (april) goed om in te zwemmen. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden tot leuke uitjes. We bevelen het huis van harte aan!

Un superbe séjour en pleine nature

La villa est très agréable, bien aménagée et super bien équipée. L'air conditionné est un grand plus pour vous donner une bouffée d'air fraiche lors de ces chaudes journées. Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. Seul bémol, la piscine qui malgré le chauffage (200€ de supplément tout de même) qui avec ses 26°C maximum ne nous à malheureusement pas permis d'en profiter beaucoup car la différence avec l'extérieur (35°C) était beaucoup trop importante.. Mes deux enfants n'ont pas su y aller longtemps. Sinon un cadre magnifique et la personne de contact sur place très sympathique.

Everything was perfect

Spacious and well-equipped villa in a quiet area with great views of the hills. Convenient and peaceful location. Impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding and efficient air conditioning. We very much enjoyed the tiered garden, and of course the lovely pool area and petanque court. We hope to be back again soon.

Un séjour au top à la Toussaint

La villa est magnifique, très bien agencée pour des familles avec enfants, et surtout très bien équipée, ce qui est plutôt rare! Le jardin est parfait pour permettre aux enfants de s’amuser et de partir à l’aventure en toute sécurité. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et réactif en cas de souci. La région est splendide. Vraiment super!!
