5 Bedroom Villa With Pool, Mountain and Sea Views
Villa Twins is a newly built (2015 is first season for rent) luxurious villa on the outskirts of Trogir. This five bedroom Villa features 6 bathrooms, an outdoor pool, a beautiful outdoor atrium and BBQ facilities, a fitness room, a large dining area and family room,on the top floor is terrace with jacuzzi and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea.
The private parking lot is suitable for up to 4 cars. The laundry room features washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen offers all necessary amenities along with a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower. Two of the five bedrooms include large balconies overlooking the pool.
Free WiFi is available throughout the whole house along with self controlled air conditioning and heating system.
The interior of Villa Amor is elegant and modern yet very welcoming at the same time. Soothing colors, luxurious bedding, and modern furniture will make one feel as if they are staying at their own private wellness hotel.
The outdoor living area includes a private open air atrium which is the ideal place to curl up and read a book on the rattan lounge furniture. This section also features a large BBQ and grill which is perfect for simple summer dinners. The second outdoor area is where the outdoor pool, large terrace and sun lounge area is located. The seating area on the terrace features a large table which accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably.

Wonderful Experience

Property is spacious, clean, well equipped for family and friends. Location is within minutes of Split which is nice if you want to avoid large crowds. Host and Hostess were very pleasant to work with.

perfect family reunion

The villa was really well appointed

We stayed in the villa with good friends. When we arrived Marina was there to welcome us. The villa is well furnished and is only a 30 second walk to the beach. The kids all enjoyed playing in the swimming pool and the basement games room was a hit with everyone. We'd have no hesitation in recommending this as a relaxing villa, pool, beach snorkelling holiday.

Really great house in a nice location

We were 5 couples from Iceland visiting Split. Marina was great helping us before the visit and her brother helped us check in and gave us a lot of information what to do. The house is great in a quiet area but still in walking distance to restaurants and bars and easy access to Split with a boat or by driving. Trogir is a must to visit. The house was clean and nice and all in great conditions. Many thanks from all of us in Iceland.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay at the house. We were two children and 5 adults. The house and the outside area was very clean. Very close to a beautifull and clean beach. The host was very kind and welcoming. There is about 1 km to nearest shop. The host offered to drive us to a bigger super marker several times a week. Very good beds. Nice and calm area. We spent two weeks there, would love to come back.

Fabulous Holiday!

A lovely, spacious villa situated perfectly for the beach and beach bar restaurants. We were a family of 10 and we felt we had plenty of space and privacy. The villa is a 2 minute walk from the sea and a 10 minute walk to the little harbour where there are a few lovely relaxed restaurants/bars. There is also a little fresh bakery within a 15 minute stroll. There is a regular boat service from the harbour to Trogir and Split which was such a lovely way to get around. Marina and her brother were wonderful hosts. We would love to return one year.

Fun in Split

We were a group of 9 friends and family and we had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and really well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, each room had its own bathroom which was so convenient. We loved the outdoor space, the pool was great and we enjoyed meals in the evening outside around the large table. The hot tub on the roof was a hit too. We loved everything about the house. Marina was responsive and really helpful. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Everything went perfect - fully recommended

Spent christmas there. The villa is in pristine condition with all the expected amenities. Lots of toys for kids (and adults) and a 5mn walk to the sea front. Small supermarket 10mn walk away. Very nice 45mn walk to a monastery on the northern side of island and 10mn away from Trogir by car. Marina greeted us and made us feel at home. Plus she helped a lot with some logistics, including airport transfer. We had a great time, thank you Marina :-)

Great Villa

Excellent villa in a superb location. From start to finish the communication with the owner was superb, the villas was very clean and had excellent air con in all the rooms which meant the inside was lovely at all times. The games room was also excellent and well used by the children! The pool was a little small for 8 people but it got the sun all afternoon so great to just lie on the sun loungers and relax. 2 mins to the nearest beach, 10min walk ( or a quick bike ride on the complementary bike at the villa) to the beach bars, local shops and ferry port to split. One down side is that is was a 25min drive to the nearest larger supermarket and so a car is necessary.

Great stay

We were a group of 7 50+ cousins and had a great stay at the villa. Comfortable beds, all rooms had a/c and en-suite bathrooms. Our time at the villa was mostly spent around the pool and outside table. The beach is a short 2 minute walk away. Town (restaurants/bars and the ferry) is a 10 minute walk. There are a couple of small convenience stores within a 15 minute walk or 2 large grocery stores are a 15 minute drive away (avoid Lidl and go to Kaufland … it is much nicer and they are right across the road from each other). I would recommend renting a car (very reasonably priced at the airport). We did Krka falls by ourselves, very easy. We were able to do a private boat outing with pickup from Slatine (just ask for pickup there). The ferry was easy to take to Split and Trogir. Marina (the owner) is very easy to work with.

Der Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Hätte nur zwischendurch mal gereinigt werden müssen…Besonders nach dem Regen!In den Bädern war leider keine Steckdose vorhanden..außer unten!Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

We had a great stay at the property. The manager, Marina, is very responsive, helpful, easy to get in touch with. The location was great, right at the sea. the house is huge and comfortable.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich war perfekt zum verweilen in einer großen Gruppe und es war sehr sauber. Der Whirlpool und die Dachterrasse war unser Highlight, da man auch einen tollen Blick über das Meer hatte. Die Kommunikation mit Marina war total unkompliziert und hat sich immer um uns gekümmert wenn wir sie gebraucht haben. Sie ist sehr sympathisch! Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur weiter empfehlen.

Stunning Place

We were a party of 9 from Scotland ranging in ages from 5 months to 68 years. This villa was everything we had hoped and more. Slatine is a beautiful place - very quiet but absolutely stunning. Marina and her brother Duje were fantastic hosts - nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again if we return to Croatia. If you are thinking of booking - you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing holiday

We travelled with a group of 10 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house could not have been more perfect for our needs. The location was amazing and there was no noise what so ever. I would recommend renting a small car since the roads are quite narrow. Out host Marina was very helpful and always available for any questions. I could definitely go back any time and I can warmly recommend this villa!

Veldig bra feriebolig for familier/grupper i et rolig område med kort vei til butikk og kafeer. Meget hyggelig og hjelpsomt vertskap. Gangavstand til båt til Trogir og Split. Litt misvisende bilde av beliggenhet til boligen. Den ligger ikke så åpent til som bildetgir inntrykk av, uten at det er noe negativt. Mange boliger i nærheten.

A lovely house!

We spent a wonderfull week in Slatine. Both grandparents and grandchildren enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Only five minutes walk to the boat to Trogir and Split. ( a lovely way to travel, by the way) Marina and her Family members were very friendly and helpful . We recommend this holiday house! Tormod and Family.

Heerlijke vakantie

We waren met een groep van 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. We hebben ons goed vermaakt in deze mooie en ruime villa. Fijn dat we allemaal een eigen badkamer hadden. Lekker zwembad en jacuzzi en de speelhal was ook leuk voor zowel de kinderen als volwassenen. Zwembad was voor de kinderen wel wat koud. Verder een aanrader en vlakbij het mooie stadje Trogir. Bedankt Marina en haar broer!

Fabulous hosts and fabulous villa

The owners are without doubt the kindest and most generous hosts you could ever wish for. The villa has been beautifully designed and they have everything and more to make your stay an absolute pleasure. The surroundings are beautiful with lovely views of the coastline and I would have no hesitation recommending this villa.
