The old Dalmatian style vacation house awaits you in the city center, near restaurants, bars, Riva seafront and Diocletian's Palace. The house is spread over several floors and offers space in 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a kitchenette and a separate toilet.



The bedrooms are equipped with 3 double beds and 2 single beds and are nicely decorated. Here you will surely sleep well and dream.

The best part is the proximity to Split old town. The home is on 4 levels and accessed via semi treacherous marble circular stairway. If you have heavy luggage this can be a lift up 4 floors. Hone was clean but communication for entrance instructions was difficult and sparse. Top floor shower is a shower nozzle in the wall so if you use this for a shower, literally the entire bathroom is wet. I underline the location as it is the real asset here.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! Convenient to walking around old town split. We were a group of seven and though a lovely place, too small for that many people. The place is basically made up of stairs! It had very, very steep stairs up to the different floors, each floor having one or two bedrooms, a total of four floors. Carrying luggage up the stairs was slightly dangerous.! The bottom floor kitchen/dining room was very small and could barely fit seven people . When we arrived (at the time we told them we were coming) It was very hard to find the host. When we did, he told us to wait one hour to access the apartment. After traveling for 24 hours, that was a huge disappointment. The air conditioning worked in the bedrooms, but not in the kitchen area. The day we were checking out the host showed up early to grab all the linens before we even checked out. We made it work for the time we were there, but I think I would look at another place next time.

The house was perfect, with plenty of everything stocked up such as toiletries and towels, the receptionist was very helpful and always on hand, highly recommend !

Absolutely perfect location. Cold AC!

This location was perfect. The unit was clean and well-appointed and everything worked. Air conditioners blew super cold when you wanted them to, which was nice after a hot day walking around Split! Very close to the main area in Old Town. Communication was sketchy going through VRBO but if you contact the owner through Novasol he was quite responsive. Very happy with the stay and would highly recommend.

Great spot, lots of stairs but rooms have AC so it cools down quick.

Great stay with friends, had 3 bathrooms of 5 of us and loved the location.

Great location!

This house is perfectly located a couple minutes' walk to the Riva/boardwalk/promenade and across from the marina (important if you're doing water things). Its own neighborhood is cute as hell with a few restaurants/wine bars and a market to get groceries, fresh croissants & coffee and any bathroom necessities - the bathrooms had some items already. They accept credit cards. We were 3 couples. There's a bedroom & bath on each floor (4th floor has 2 bedrooms) although the shower on the 4th floor is really only suitable for children. Everything was very clean. Please note there are a lot of narrow stairs in the house and no handrail (common in Europe) if this is important to you. We just focused really hard when going up and down!!! As noted in other reviews there really isn't enough dishes if you are planning to cook a family meal - we ate out so this didn't matter to us. Oddly there were no racks in the oven so it was unusable - we were going to toast something in it. The check-in is on the same street and we were able to leave our luggage there for the day until check-in as we arrived earlier in the day. It is located on Senjska which is pedestrian only, the street where you will get dropped-off/picked-up is Sperun. It's only a couple minutes walk to the apartment from there. They also checked in on us midway to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again. P.S. This review is coming from a clean freak who also has a healthy dose of OCD!

Great Spot!

The house was in a great location, next to many restaurants that are highly rated and stores. Close to everything! We did not do much cooking, but it seemed like the house had everything we needed. It was great for everyone to have their own floor and spread out. Could have accommodated more people if we needed to. The property manager was quick to respond and fixed any issues we had in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again!

Great location but a few issues

Location was great. Easy walk from port and into town. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were really good. Main issues were in the kitchen. Only one hot plate worked on the cooktop. There were only 2 knives for 7 of us and hardly any plates. The owner/ manager didn’t understand us when we told him. Apart from that it was a good place to stay to see Splut.

Wonderful place - great location, more than we expected !

this was a wonderful place, 3 plus bathrooms, a washing machine, a kitchen, plenty of room for our party of 4.. perfect location, the street outside leads up to Marjan Hill or to the Riva... very clean and more !

Ferienhaus in Split

Tolles Haus für einen Aufenthalt in Split. Nicht geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Menschen mit Behinderungen (steile Treppe). Sehr sauber, sehr bequeme Matratzen, netter Vermieter. Und die Lage ist top; nah genug am Zentrum, um sich als Teil des Trubels zu fühlen, aber weit genug, dass es nachts ruhig ist !
