The Space:

With thoughtful and creative touches both inside and out mixed with a keen attention to the smallest of details, this oceanfront condo exudes a breezy sense of magic, whimsy and laid back Florida Keys style.



Upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by the blue-green colors of the Atlantic and lush mangroves of the protected nature preserve.

You'll find coastal inspired two bedroom two bathroom apartment tastefully decorated with all new kitchen, bath, furniture, lighting and bedding, including stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer.

Gather in the spacious living room with your family and play a board game from the many you will have to choose from. There is also a large flat screen television to enjoy a movie for a quiet night in.

The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials.

The primary bedroom features a King sized bed with superior 400 thread count sheets, and flat screen television. The ensuite master bathroom has a shower.

The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds and connected bathroom that features a step in shower and linens. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This condo is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet weekend in The Keys. It is also conveniently located between Islamorada and Key Largo, perfect for sport fisherman and dive enthusiast!

Your condo will come stocked with the following items in your Welcome Kit to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay in the Upper Keys: two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom; two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen; dishwashing capsules; laundry detergent capsules or liquid; one pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; trash bags; hand soap; and dish soap.



Guest Access:

From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the many activities our Florida Keys resort has to offer. Fine restaurants and shopping are just minutes away, along with boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, Everglades eco-tours, glass bottom boat reef trips, para-sailing, wave runners, and swimming with the dolphins. Everything you could want for your Florida Keys vacation is here!

The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe is located about 70 miles from Miami and 90 miles from Key West. The property has 24 hour security and is completely gated. Amenities include a newly renovated, junior olympic, heated swimming pool with poolside cabana bar, a 14 person jacuzzi, private sandy beach, fishing pier, snorkeling area, private cocktail lounge, cafe, oceanfront marina with boat ramp and dockage, lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo, boat & trailer storage and more - all situated on 60 lush tropical acres.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is highly recommended with vacationing in The Keys. There is plenty of parking on property for our guests.



Other Things to Note:

Please treat my home as if it was your own.



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.

*Jet Boats or Jet Skis NOT permitted.
