Ubicado en el patio central de Marigot Marina, este apartamento del segundo piso tiene una hermosa vista de la bahía y se encuentra a solo unos pasos del paseo marítimo.
El apartamento es espacioso y está amueblado con buen gusto al más alto nivel. Comprende una cocina totalmente equipada, barra de desayuno, mesa de comedor y sillas, sala de estar con un cómodo sofá, que se transfiere a un sofá cama. El dormitorio, con cama king size, es grande y cómodo, con un baño con ducha.

El balcón tiene una mesa y 2 sillas. Aquí puedes sentarte y ver los súper yates y los veleros que navegan dentro y fuera de la bahía mientras bebes un "cóctel de ron local".

A solo un corto paseo a lo largo del muelle, puede ingresar al Marigot Bay 5 Star Resort, al cual tiene acceso durante su estadía. Aquí se ofrecen las piscinas y el gimnasio cuando se hospeda en el apartamento 5b. Una gran ventaja!

Lovely apartment

Great location. Lovely apartment with all the facilities needed and you can use the pool & gym at the next door Zoetree Hotel and eat at their 4 restaurants. The apartment does not look directly over Marigot Bay but does have a view from the balcony. However that is good as it can get a bit noisy directly on the water/dock side.

Fabulous stay

The apartment was amazing, accommodating 2 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room. The location was amazing. We had access to pool of nearby zoetry hotel, which or kids absolutely loved. Make sure you stock up on food items and groceries from nearby stores, because you can easily cook in the apartment. Pauline (host) kept in touch and helped us during check-in. Overall, superb stay and great value for money. Will definitely stay here again

Exactly like the photographs!

We stayed 3 weeks at this beautiful apartment! Spacious, comfortable and absolutely immaculate. The French doors that lead to the balcony let in gorgeous sunshine and views of the courtyard and the marina; we had coffee out on the balcony every morning. The vaulted ceilings added to the wind-swept feeling, the colors inside are cool and minimal and reminded me of the ocean. Pauline helped with all our questions, it was wonderful having someone we could rely on. We'll be back for sure!

Marigot Bay Resort

Very noisy due to construction of amenities during the day. Transformer needed for cell phone use if not on GSM network. Although staff was very helpful and friendly we felt people staying in the condos were not a priority to the resort.

I'm sorry you were disturbed by the construction, as it is not directly by this apartment and is almost completed, I did not expect this but please accept my apologies. The Hotel is undergoing a relaunch/rebranding and we are looking forward to the upgraded facilities very shortly. The Hotel is a separate concern from the Marina Village condos but normally we work together, everyone is treated very well and I have never had a complaint previously. I do hope you enjoyed the apartment itself and indeed Marigot and ST Lucia.

Marigot Bay apartments

The apartment was located at the Marigot Bay Marina next door to Zoetry resort. The listing is as advertised. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We had access to the pool and gym at the Zoetry resort. The beach is a short water taxi ride and it was always available. Never had to wait. Pauline the property was very responsive and attentive to all our needs. She booked our car rental, our taxi to and from airport and she also booked an excursion for us. We had a great stay.

The condo was lovely. There are 4 flights of stairs up to the unit. There are no grocery stores you can walk to and taxis cost $50.00 US every time. There is not a good beach at all. The beach that is on the bay is less than 100 yards and not very nice. We purchased the all inclusive package at the adjoining resort which was very nice and made our one month there very enjoyable. The staff at zoetry were fantastic and went above and beyond. Pauline was very responsive to any and all our our issues and questions. Our flight days changed and the owner helped out tremendously. Our advice is to budget for the all inclusive package and enjoy. The condo is great!!

Marigot Bay apartment stay

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay - from a great shower to kitchen. The apartment is located within adjacent to an 'all inclusive' resort as on arrival you can get a band which gives access to the swimming pools and grounds. We use these on several occasions to refresh at the end of the day before sun downers, typically at Doolittle's across the bay (Happy Hour - great value) or on our own balcony. We hired a car (quiet expensive compared to other islands we have visited) which worked well. However, there are many boats that can take you to most places around the island. There is no nearby store or supermarket. The nearest was 10 minutes in the car towards Castries. Soi a car made things easy... nice range of restaurants in Marigot Bay for Breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. The bay has constant movement of sail and motor boats - some amazing large yachts..... The host were great, met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. They also checked in during our stay - which was 9 nights. We could have had a clean and restack of towels etc during the stay but we found that was not necessary. Overall the trip was a great success. Relaxing, friendly, easy to get around and no need for plug converters as everything is UK standard. We would recommend to anyone - and we would still hire a car - made getting around the island much easier for our perspective.

This apartment was very nice, well kept and centrally located on the island. The benefits of the Marigot Beach Resort next door was fantastic! Pauline Frederick is a great property manager. Tram / Zipline. Pros. Professional. Safe. Friendly guides. Gift shop. Cons. Slow tram ride. Go on a non-cruise ship day. Rains in rain forest. Short zips. Recommendation. Great except for short zips Pink Plantation House Pros. Delicious food. Chicken Roti. Shrimp. Magic Mahi. “Bakes” bread. Friendly staff. Recommend Tito the waiter. Beautiful setting & house. Owners artwork. Close to Mirago Bay. 15-20 minutes. Cons. Check lunch & dinner hours before going. Fond Doux Plantation Tour Pros. Guide Zanick. Very nice. Tasting of fruits from the trees. Very interested info on flora. Historic plantation. Be sure to taste the cocoa pods. Combine w Mud baths. Chocolate Hotel nearby is a nice place for a drink & dessert. Cons. Lunch wasn’t very good. Close by. $10/p. Rum tasting. Just off main road 5 minutes from Marigot Bay. Sunset Cruise. Carnival Cruises. Can book at the boardwalk. $104/p. Nice clean catamaran. Fairly professional. Felt safe. Good snorkeling. Saw eel & squid & colorful fish. Good way to see the coastline. Ample rum punch & other drinks. Views of the Pitons Cons. Bad snack food. Can be a little crowded. Jade Mountain Restaurant Beautiful architectural resort w view of Pitons. Elegant setting. Food good but not fantastic. Recommend wagyu beef tacos. Usually reserved for guests of hotel but we went in the off-season. Very bumpy road but manageable.

We stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. Apartment was clean and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen especially. Access to the resort pool is a really nice perk. Pauline was great to communicate with and even explained the check in process to my friend who was staying in another of her units across the hall so when we arrived it was incredibly easy.

Excellent property and management

The property was centrally located at the resort accessible to the resort and all amenities it was clean spacious and well-equipped. On top of that Pauline the property manager was very responsive and easily accessible.

Superb apartment in a beautiful bay, just a shame so much is closed in the vicinity.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pauline was a great host and very helpful. The resort is lovely but just a little too quiet at the moment as so much has closed down due to Covid.

Fabulous base for a getaway in St. Lucia

Pauline was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and apartment 5b is lovely. Great amenities and view over the marina, light and airy throughout. The birds come to breakfast on the balcony every morning! Marigot bay itself has a lovely little beach and a dive shop with a great instructor that you get to with a free shuttle, and we enjoyed the pool and bar at the resort too. Car rental highly recommended, preferably a four wheel drive. We were able to access beautiful beaches to snorkel (anse cochon, anse chastenet) and also sites further inland to explore the rainforest (des cartiers trail and new Jerusalem hot springs were our favourites).

Beautiful apartment!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Apartment 5B and just wish it could have been longer. The apartment is fresh, clean, spacious and very well laid out. It was well equipped and the small deck/verandah was definitely a great plus with a nice view (if somewhat narrow) out to the marina and bay. Another plus is that we could look over the courtyard below to Hurricane Hole restaurant and also look down at the Tuesday night great buffet with local recipes and also the fantastic fire-dancing limbo and other entertainment (don’t worry about noise as it wraps up at 9:00pm). Pauline was wonderful, giving us lots of recommendations of where to go and where to eat; she was also very attentive to our needs and was easy to contact via email. Another plus is the swimming and snorkeling at the artificial reef at the north-east end of the Beach Club, accessible by water taxi. I definitely recommend this attractive apartment (and Pauline!).

Fantastic apartment in beautiful Marigot Bay

We loved apartment 5b - its spacious, comfortable, well furnished and in the perfect location! Marigot Bay is stunning.... we enjoyed hanging out by the lovely pool at the hotel but liked coming back to our self catering apartment at the end of the day. Pauline is a great host, very friendly and welcoming, leaves you to enjoy your holiday but is on the end of the phone if you need her. There is a good range of places to eat, try the Indian opposite the apartment - really good! The kids loved the grilled cheese sandwiches round the pool at lunchtime while the grown ups enjoyed the sushi. We'll be back......
