Traditional 19th century farmhouse renovated. Charming little typical hamlet preserved. Coteau southwest. Beautiful natural site on the side of meadows and forests. Warm mountain charm. Charm of the old. Corner balcony very well exposed. Nice clear view on the valley and the massif.

A cottage in house with housing. 1st floor (access by small path down 30m): living room-kitchen sitting area, 3 bedrooms (3 beds 2 p.), Bathroom (bath), balcony + small terrace. Ski Ste Foy 1. 5km, Villaroger link Les Arcs 8. 5km, Tignes 15km, La Rosière 18km. Cross-country skiing Séez and La Rosière. Shuttle Ste Foy station + parking at 100m.

Gite located 1.5km from the slopes of the resort of Ste Foy-Tarentaise (32 km of ski slopes). At the heart of the largest ski areas of the Tarentaise Valley (Val d'Isere, Tignes, Les Arcs, La Plagne, La Rosiere). Near the National Park of Vanoise. Hiking and walks from the cottage. Ideally located to discover the Haute-Tarentaise region and Italy by the Petit St Bernard pass or the Iseran pass. Activities Nature, fun and sports on site as in the large surrounding resorts. Privileged location for hiking and cycling for its mythical passes. Ideal for a sportive stay or relaxation with family!
