Welcome to Dauphin Island Beach Club #206! This Gulf-front property offers a great floor plan with a lock-out feature, essentially giving you two condos for the price of one. Each side features two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living/dining area, and a washer/dryer. Dauphin Island Beach Club is a beautiful, gated condo complex with two large swimming pools and a boardwalk that leads right down to the beach!

What's nearby:
When you're not at the beach or relaxing by the pools, you can walk over to visit the quaint shops and local restaurants just across the street. Bicycle paths run the length of the island, from the west end down to the ferry landing and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab on the east end. You’ll also want to stroll through the bird sanctuary and explore historic Fort Gaines. Kayaks, jet skis, pontoon boats, and bicycles are all available for rent on the island as well.

Not luxury, but affordable and wonderful

We comfortably fit our whole family, and all our needs were met. This is our second time staying in this unit (we rent 206 A&B together) and we definitely hope to be back again! I made a few minor suggestions for improvements, but overall this was a perfect fit for us, in so many ways!

Great family vacation

We loved 206 a and b,we had 8 family members staying .Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy .Great beach access and the grandkids spent lots of time in the pools.Dauphin island is a nice uncrowded little community with few restaurants but the ones there are good food.did not have enough days to totally enjoy but maybe next year

Great location

Great location , overall great , jacuzzi not working in master bath a let down , not enough small appliances , crock pot would have been a plus , beach supplies in outdoor closest needs cleaning , several boards broken . Beach umbrella a plus

Great place to stay

Great condo, great location to the beach. Pool was great but very hot. Parking is great, easy to get from parking lot into condo. I’d go 4.5 if I could, some things could have been a tad cleaner and updated. It’s a beautiful area with nice people and great surroundings.

Spacious with a beautiful view

We loved the generous space of two units combined and beautiful views from the front condo and the spacious balcony. The 2 pools were immaculate and not crowded. The kids loved swimming there. The only real issue encountered was a large but not deep pool of water we called "the swamp" that a had to be navigated at the end of the boardwalk to reach the beach. I am 78 and I slipped and fell in the water once, Luckily, only my dignity was hurt. Hopefully the situation is temporary due to recent very heavy rains.

Customer service

Great view of the beach snd loved having coffee on the terrace. Clean environment. Quick walk to a lovely clean beach. Had to call Local team multiple times due to previous renter smoking in one of the units and fridges not cooling. Both issues were resolved quickly. I would suggest replacing burner plates on stove in unit A so pans are level when cooking.

Perfect for large groups

We had a large group and this was the only rental available with more than three bedrooms and no steps to climb, a necessity for our parents in their 80s. The unit is basically two, 2 bedroom condos joined together so in addition to the 4 bedrooms, you get two kitchens and two living rooms. Perfect for us as it allowed the younger family members to stay up late while the older folks were in the quieter part of the unit sleeping. Also, yhere is an extra large dining table that can comfortably seat 8 - 10 adults. If you want a beautifully decorated space though, this is not the unit for you. The furnishings are basic and worn. I would definitely rent this space again for a large family gathering.

Island Seclusion

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing, secluded Dauphin Island vacation. The condo had all the necessities and was plenty big for our family of 7. The pools were refreshing and the beach was just minutes away. Social distancing was not a problem. Our family had a much needed, secluded, beach vacation!

Perfect condo for enjoying the beach and relaxing with a big group

The space was clean and well-stocked with the essentials. Two families shared the four BR condo and it was spacious enough for us to all spread out... especially in all the coming and going from the beach. The pools were convenient and clean, and the long boardwalk to the beach was just long enough to feel like you were getting away from it all but not too long for the trips back inside throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this condo.
