Cosy apartment for 4 people with WIFI, A/C, pool, TV and panoramic view

Beautiful farming estate comprising 9 units quietly situated in the immediate surroundings of the medieval town San Gimignano. This property enjoys extensive panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves and over San Gimignano in the background. The estate offers 2 restored farmhouses, a manor house occasionally occupied by the property owners and a nice shared pool (approx. 100 m from the units Vittoriana 1, 2 and 150 m from Vittoriana 3 away).
All of the apartments are nicely furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal furnished outdoor area and a shared barbecue.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road (of approx. 2 km) suitable to any cars.
Distances: San Gimignano with general stores 5,5 km away, Poggibonsi 15 km, Volterra 30 km away, Siena 50 km, Florence (airport) 55 km away, Pisa (airport) 85 km, Lucca 90 km away. The coastline area of Cecina and Castiglioncello (beaches) is within 85 km.
At guests’ disposal: panoramic outdoor areas, shared swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower, changing room with shower by the pool. Laundry with 2 washing-machines (free of charge). WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), telephone available in all of the units (payment on site).
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed and high-chair upon request (free of charge). Extra bed available at € 10,- / pr day (payment on site). Maid service by arrangement (€11,- / per hour to be paid locally). Small pets are allowed (without any extra charge – to be requested at confirmation).

The products of the estate (wine and olive oil) are available for clients to be purchased.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad bij Fattoria Il Piano! Een prachtige plek, mooi op een berg, lekker huisje en heerlijk zwembad. Ook de wijn, top! De ontvangst is netjes geregeld door Camilla, fijn als je aankomt na een lange reis, erg flexibel! De slaapkamers in het huisje blijven koel, door de dikke muren. Overal zijn horren (dat is wel fijn) Binnen een uur ben je in Siena, Florence en meerdere andere leuke dorpjes. Het weggetje omhoog is even wennen (laatste 1,5km), maar dan prima te doen! [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a wonderful holiday at Fattoria Il Piano! A wonderful place, beautiful on a mountain, nice cottage and lovely pool. Also the wine, top! The reception was nicely arranged by Camilla, nice when you arrive after a long journey, very flexible! The bedrooms in the cottage stay cool, due to the thick walls. There are mosquito nets everywhere (which is nice) Within an hour you are in Siena, Florence and several other nice villages. The little road uphill takes some getting used to (last 1.5km), but then fine to do!
