Thank you Cooper Family! Hope to have you back again soon! As a Return Guest you receive a discount any time of year or Holiday!

Thank you so very much for the amazing positive feedback and review! Unfortunately the guest departing on your arrival day was smoking on the patio with the doors open which caused the unpleasant smell in the bedroom and were fined due to our strict smoking policy in place. Thankfully we quickly resolved the issue and made the unit comfortable for the remainder of your stay! ;) We look forward to having you as our return customers for future PCB vacation stays!

Thank you Robertson family for the 4 star positive review and we look forward to having you as a Repeat Return Customer for many years to come!! Please contact us during your stay for any issues you may run into as we are very prompt to rectify any inconveniences during your vacation! All Stay At The Beach Rentals Return guests receive 10% off ALL future stays! Thanks again!!

Hello and thank you for your comments and suggestions. We do certainly apologize for the carpet error due to the carpet being so brand-new (perhaps that is the odor you were smelling) and the pictures on the website had not been updated yet. And it's a bit surprising to me that you post that this unit needs updating when the ENTIRE unit was just remodeled. As you can see in the pictures (just recently updated, btw) it is a beautiful unit and they are very true to the unit. The bathrooms are luxury with stone floors, marble tubs and even TVs in the bathrooms! Everything from the furniture to the light fixtures are all completely updated and we only get the most positive reviews from guests about how great the unit is. Perhaps PCB is not the best vacation spot for you if this unit did not meet your expectations. We are, however, definitely thrilled to hear that you did have a great experience with us as the management company, for we are very prompt with our guests needs and ALL service calls that are made during a guests stay. Unfortunately, you can't find a more updated unit from this unit being that it was completely remodeled.

Thank you Brandy for this 4 star review however we never did receive a phone call, email or text message regarding your complaints for we would have been very prompt to come replace the mattress pads. They are inspected, switched out and cleaned throughout the housekeeping process so the fact that they looked as bad as you are reporting I certainly would hope you would report to the company you are renting from to let them correct the problem before posting a review like this online. Please in the future, reach out to someone and give them a chance to fix any issues you may find first. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to post this review however we did not receive ANY phone calls, texts or emails during your stay regarding any of these issues. We pride ourselves in being VERY prompt to rectifying any situations that may arise during our guests stay and we post in various documents and throughout the unit to contact us IMMEDIATELY if there is any needed maintenance or if anything is unsatisfactory during your stay so we can ensure a stress-free vacation. We are very particular about the cleanliness and appearance of our properties so we are extremely sensitive to these items you have addressed and by not contacting us during your stay, we therefore can not confirm nor deny these findings nor can we do anything after the fact. Please next time do contact us or whomever you are staying with to address any issues you may find.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to post this 5 star positive review!! We are absolutely thrilled when we hear our guests have a stress-free, fabulous vacation stay with us!!
