Thank you Alison. I am so glad you and your family had a great vacation! We agree, that the west end of the beach is the most desirable area for vacationing. The beach service provides two loungers with umbrella. It is just another way to let our guest know that we appreciate them. I was surprised to hear about the light coming in the windows. There are wooden blinds and heavy drapery as window treatments in this condo. As for the drain, we are checking on that immediately. In the future, please call the contact number provided on your arrival information so I can address any issue you might be experiencing. Becky, thanks for your review, and acknowledging that you were notified that we were working on the AC issue. Cleaning staff reported the AC issue while they were in the condo cleaning. I immediately called a technician out to replace a bad capacitor. The issue was fixed within hours after the issue was turned in. I do apologize for the inconvenience. I was surprised to hear you had an issue with cleaning. All guests are sent arrival information that includes contact information for me and cleaning. This information request that you report any issue upon arrival. No call, text or email was sent to inform me about a cleaning issue. To this date, no pictures have been provided. It is impossible to address an issue that is unknown. Head of cleaning staff has been advised of your review and will be checking on this condo. It is our goal to always have a five-star review. Please know that great effort is made to achieve this goal for every visit.

Thank you for review Robert. Although we strive to achieve a 5 stars rating from all our guests, we understand your concern about the elevators restoration project. The building is investing over a million dollars for a complete overhaul of all three elevators. Unfortunately, the process included periodical disruption of service, and for that please accept our sincere apology. (From our last visit in August, all elevators are in working order.) Lighting issue has been reported to maintenance and resolved. We invite guest to report issues. This is also communicated on the arrival information sent out. From time-to-time things need to be replaced and we are happy to help! It is unfortunate that the washer stopped working during your visit. We had a technician out to see if it could be repaired. That was not an option so, washer was replaced in less than 48 hours. I do apologize for the time you were unable to use washer. We did have cleaning drop off additional towels etc. We advertise this condo as a two-bedroom condo with additional bunk room. The bunkroom is additional sleeping quarters and is smaller. Therefore, condo is advertised as a two bedroom not a three bedroom. We do hope to welcome you and your family back. Very best regards, Alesia

Hello Gina, Thank you for your review. In the arrival information you are asked to report issues that need to be addressed. There was no contact from you during your entire visit. It is our goal to make sure guests are satisfied with their stay . We do strive to earn a five-star review for every booking. You can see by past review we consistently have positive reviews. Deep cleans are done when there is a break in bookings. After a busy season in this popular condo a deep cleaning has been scheduled. Florida linen has been contacted to address drapery issue. All bedding has been checked and cleaned. The headboard has been pushed to the wall. Glass furniture is cleaned between each guest. Inventory in kitchen has been checked and items have been ordered.
