You will stay in a quiet and secure residence.
The 52 m2 apartment includes,
- Entrance with cupboards
- A bathroom, bath-shower, sink, washing machine
- A separate toilet
- A bedroom, new 160x200 bedding, fitted wardrobes, window onto the south-facing garden.
- A living room, sofa bed for 2 people, television, internet, dining room side, a table for 6 people,
Fitted kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, electric hob, dishwasher.
All pleasantly decorated and recently refurbished.

The living room opens onto a covered terrace of 13 m2, not overlooked, facing south, where you can take your meals and enjoy the sun and nature.
The apartment has a reserved parking space.

All local services are within a 5 to 10 minute walk, post office, library, bakery, pharmacy, bar-tabac, Center Leclerc and on Thursday and Sunday morning the Quintaou market.
A few minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car you will reach the shopping centers, Casino, BAB2 and its shopping malls as well as several major brands and cinemas.

The beaches are ten minutes by car, or you will take the free shuttle, stops near the residence, which serves the beaches during the day.

La location a été faite par défaut. Le logement est propre et confortable et les propriétaires sont venus à notre rencontre pour indiquer le chemin. Le bémol : loin de tout ( commerces et mer) et la voiture est absolument indispensable.

Merci pour votre appréciation, mais l'appartement est situé au centre d'Anglet, prés de la mairie, de la poste et du commissariat, les premiers commerces sont à moins de 100 mètres et la plage à deux kilomètres, avec une navette gratuite dont un des arrêts est à 50 mètres du logement. Mieux vaut s'abstenir de faire commentaires ou de noter comme nous l'avons fait pour vous, plutôt que d'écrire mensonges, facilement contrôlables par Googlemap.

Nous avons très bien été reçu. Les propriétaires nous ont donné des informations utiles sur la région et environs. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec la serrure de la porte coulissante du balcon, avons appelé la propriétaire qui a immédiatement réagi et quelques heures plus tard tout était réglé. L‘endroit est très calme, toutes l’es commodité dans l‘appartement et place de parking privée ce qui est très apprécié. Compte-tenu de notre expérience nous pouvons sans autre recommander cette location.
