Besoin d'un peu de mer de Vitaman? Venez profiter de la vue colorée sur la baie sur le porche ouvert surplombant la marina! Située au bord de l'eau à Pot-Nets Bayside, cette maison spectaculaire comprend 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain, un grand salon ouvert qui combine la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon pour un grand divertissement familial. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes le long de la promenade de la marina pour vous rendre au très populaire Paradise Grill, plage privée, jetées de pêche et de crabe. Piscines, tennis, terrain de baseball et terrains de jeux sont sur place. Les bordereaux de bateau sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est incluse avec cette propriété sans frais supplémentaires. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et les animaux aussi! Excellent emplacement pour le kayak et les planches à pagaie debout! Il est à une courte distance en voiture du parcours de golf de renommée mondiale de Baywood Greens (10 minutes), des centres de vente en franchise d'impôt de Tanger (20 minutes) et des quartiers pittoresques du centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

POLITIQUE ANIMALE: Cette maison accepte les animaux. Il y a un maximum de 2 chiens (chiens uniquement). Le propriétaire de l'animal doit payer un supplément de 20 $ par animal et par nuit pour les frais de ménage. SI VOUS prévoyez d'apporter un animal de compagnie avec vous, veuillez appeler et parler avec notre réserviste.

Nous avons un séjour minimum de 7 nuits pendant notre saison estivale. L'enregistrement s'effectue à 16 h le dimanche et le départ à 10 h le dimanche. Nous avons des séjours minimum de 2 nuits à tous les autres moments de l'année.

Great home! We were there for an even at paradise grill which is conveniently located within minutes. Home was well maintained and owner was great to interact with during the booking and stay! Def would recommend!

Beautiful house and location

The check in code that was sent didn’t work, but the company responded right away and we were able to get in. The cleanliness of the house was not up to standard. The floors were dirty our socks would be almost black, there was also dog hair in lots of places-we did bring a dog, but ours does not shed. Also, the drain in one of the bathrooms did not work-which was fine for us because there were so many other bathrooms. Also, one of the headboards was broken in one of the rooms- it was not attached to the bed. But we would definitely try to stay there again if we were to visit Delaware!

It really is the only transportation you need once you arrive. The view was beautiful and the short distance to the Grill was perfect for our guests. It was not a huge deal, but some of the kitchen implements definitely needed to be replaced, but as I said it was not a huge deal.

A perfect golf trip hideout

An awesome property right across the marina and we enjoyed the view particularly early morning and everything is so quiet. Check in and check out process was seamless and so happy for that. Only thing I would mention is that kitchen was not stocked up with all the essential small items as you would expect from such beautiful home. Certainly, I would come back and enjoy more time in future.

The houses are spacious and the perks of having a golf cart are always a hit with the kids and we all enjoy nighttime rides around the area. My only critique for this time was that our golf cart broke down Friday night and we were told no others were available even though several other rentals were vacant so we were left all day Saturday without one and needed to drive everywhere. I do think replacement golf carts should be available in instances like that since part of the reason so many do rent is for that reason.

I think everything was very nice. But the house was not that clean. All the vents are filthy.

There was stuff under our beds that looked like they had been there for years. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. And the master bathroom shower was not clean at all. You should really have someone clean the homes better. Also there is so much dust under the couch in the living room

Family Get-a-way

The house was very nice and spacious, and the view was beautiful. We all had a great time (8 adults, 2 children & 2 dogs) fit comfortable. The beach was very nice but you're on the bay so the water murky but there are 2 big pool complexes, and the development was very nice. The house needed a good vacuum, and I would suggest bringing your own bath towels, theirs were very stiff. Also, you should see if you can rent an extra golf cart, the house comes with one 6-seater but the house is for 10 guest.

Pros and cons

Not entirely kid friendly… several nicknacks laying around for busy toddler hands. If staying more than 2 days you will want to bring trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc, very limited stock of necessities. We only had 1 trash bag to last a 4 day trip with 5 adults and a 3 year old. The location is perfect, use of golf cart is awesome. There are no blinds in the kitchen window which would have been a bigger issue if we didn’t have family staying next door, you can see directly into each rental from the window. There were dirty sheets in the washing machine when we arrived. This is the only rental I’ve ever stayed at that requests you strip the beds and put all the sheets and towels in laundry bags. Also the first rental that has requested the dishes be put away… typically they’re just left in dishwasher after running them to assure cleanliness.
