This beautiful 96 m2 apartment with 4 rooms including 2 bedrooms (1 on the mezzanine), was completely restored in spring 2014 and is located near the main sites of Budapest. It is reached on the 3rd floor by the elevator and the passageways typical of Budapest buildings. Decorated and furnished in the style of the 1920s, date of construction of the building, you have in particular an open kitchen and a dining room to take your meals in a convivial atmosphere. You also benefit from all the equipment necessary for a comfortable stay

Quaint charming apartment

Eliane was a great host. The apartment was charming and clean. We appreciated the information to help with airport transportation. The apartment is close to House of Terror and other attractions, cafes, restaurants.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

The only downside of staying in this unit was the difficulty in talking a shower in the bathtub. It had no shower curtain therefore you had to sit in the bathtub to wash yourself. Inappropriate for elderly guests.

Superbe appartement budapestois

Un logement qui correspond tout-à-fait à nos attentes ; très bien situé, à proximité des transports et des commerces de bouche (une supérette juste en face et un petit marché couvert tout proche), les principaux sites sont accessibles à pied. L'appartement est charmant, a une belle hauteur sous plafond, est meublé avec goût et offre tout le confort désiré. Il a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Merci à notre hôtesse. Nous sommes enchantés et reviendrons certainement.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Kitchen was well stocked. There was a grocery store just steps away and a subway station 5-10 mins away.

Excellent, comfortable stay!

Great stay in this cute apartment, centrally located to metro/bus/trams and next door to a grocery store! Comfortable stay for two adults and three teenagers (couple and each kid had their own bed/room). Kitchen perfectly appointed, comfortable beds and linens, and welcoming and communicative host!

Amazing Stay

This apartment is perfectly located in Pest! Close to great restaurants, shops and sites! We used the scooters to get around and it’s a close scooter to everything! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! The host was also very knowledgeable, great communication and recommendations! Budapest has stolen my heart!

Geräumige zentrumsnahe Wohnung

immer freie Parkplätze in der Nähe für 600 HUF/h max 3h von Mo-Fr 8:00-22:00. Bei der Abreise haben wir direkt vor der Haustür eingeladen. Mit Easy Park App morgens um 8 Parkuhr starten, wenn man nicht früh raus will. Parkhaus Oktogon in ca 500m für 8000 Huf/d (nur an der Rezeption!). Einchecken mit Code zu beliebiger Zeit, ideal auch wenn man getrennt ausgeht. Zur Oper 1,2km zu Fuss. Wasser zum Waschbecken war abgestellt, neuer Wasserhahn lag schon bereit. Sonst hat alles funktioniert. Bei Nacht wenig Verkehr, ruhiges Haus.

Spacieux et confortable

Nous avions été séduits par les photos de l'appartement et avons apprécié y séjourner. Il est particulièrement spacieux, lumineux (car au 3e étage) et a été rénové avec goût. N'étant que deux, nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas utilisé la salle à manger, préférant prendre nos petit-déjeuners dans la pièce d'angle, où il y a un peu de soleil jusqu'à 9 heures. L'appartement étant situé à une intersection, il a un peu de trafic, mais, en hiver et en demi-saison, cela n'est pas gênant dans la mesure où on garde les fenêtres fermées. La propriétaire, Éliane Pickermann, est très réactive et propose une arrivée et un départ par remise des clés dans une box, ce qui est finalement très pratique.

Budapest in a week

We arrived in Budapest on the train from Vienna, and was warmly greeted by our host at the train station. Always readily available and a wealth of knowledge about Budapest and surrounding areas, she was able to start us off in the best way possible. Budapest its self is an amazing city full of history and countless sights. The flat is very well located, with local markets, places to eat and public transport to get you anywhere in the city right out the front door. The building is secure and well maintained. The flat was wonderful! exceeding our expectations, it was large and very comfortable. Tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything and anything you could need. I recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to spend some time in Budapest. I will most certainly try and book it again in the future when I return to Budapest.

Parfait

L'appartement est spacieux, chaleureux, rien ne manque en termes d'équipements et très propre. Sa situation centrale dans Pest est appréciable. Une très bonne relation avec les propriétaires (de bons conseils, une relation de confiance avec toutes les indications nécessaires pour un bon séjour). Nous conseillons cet appartement.

superbe appartement

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, joliment meublé, grand, confortable et bien situé à deux pas de la gare Nyugati et la station de métro du même nom. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et avons pu profiter pour découvrir cette merveilleuse ville qu'est Budapest. Nous reviendrons.

Superbe appartement idéalement situé.

A 2 stations de tram de l'ile Margerit, idéale pour le jogging ou la promenade; proche de la place Oktogon,des transports publics, métro, tram, dans une rue calme et commerçante. Appartement très propre, spacieux, très bien équipé et au charme indéniable, typique de l'architecture de Budapest. Eliane, la sympathique propriétaire, vous accueillera avec toutes les infos nécessaires pour bien visiter Budapest et passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande vivement.

UN SUPERBE APPARTEMENT DANS UNE VILLE A DECOUVRIR

2 belles semaines dans un appartement authentique, spacieux, propre, et surtout, idéalement situé. Je ne connaissais pas et le propriétaire a su m'indiquer précisément son adresse sans erreur possible. Originaire du pays, il m'a surtout donné les bonnes informations pour profiter au mieux de cette ville, à la fois festive (vie nocturne), riche de culture (patrimoine remarquable), à l'atmosphère si particulière (y coule le Danube). Tout le monde y trouvera son bonheur ! Ne zappez pas les bains traditionnels, à faire. Appartement-bijoux dans son écrin de Cité. Je recommande bien volontiers ce contact, tant pour l'intérêt de l'appartement (confortable, et quelle belle cour intérieure), que pour celui de Budapest (excessivement dépaysant pour le Français que je suis). Propriétaire très sympa, accueil des plus chaleureux. C''est sûr, je reviendrai. Merci à lui.
