Perfect Summer Getaway

This was such a fabulous place for our family of 8! The home is spacious and well appointed! We practically lived in the pool, and when we had to take refuge from the occasional late afternoon storm, the covered lanai was the perfect spot! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals for the week and the spacious living room was great for movie nights. We appreciated the close proximity to shops and the beach, and the park pass was a nice bonus! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return!

We had an absolute great experience! The pool was phenomenal and the house was very clean on arrival. The house has literally everything you could possibly need and more by far the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The house was beautiful and in such a friendly neighborhood we couldn’t have asked for better, having a screened in pool was such a treat! It was very well appointed, everything we needed was available for our use. The house was extremely clean inside and out. The location was fantastic we hopped on the bicycles and went out for dinner just up the road, there are restaurants groceries and shopping minutes away.

As Advertised! Great Property

I was about to write a glowing review, but read the others and they said it well. House is great. Property manager is great. Location is awesome. Bike or walk to everything. I could of stayed for longer. No complaints. Great house and a great location (closer to Mercato and Ritz) was the other side of Naples park is better.

Great for long stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property for 3 weeks. The house has everything we needed for this longer stay. We had a few small issues, but the property owner was very responsive in handling them quickly. The area was perfect for what we wanted - a 5 minute bike ride or 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs and bikes were provided. And about the same distance to Mercato. The house was very clean and we found the main bed to be very comfortable. The pool area is nice and loved having the pool heated for us. All the basics were provided for us in the kitchen and bathrooms. (spices, dish soap, laundry soap, etc). It was well maintained consistent with its age. We would not hesitate to return if we wanted to stay in this area again.
