The lower level is an open space with 2 twin bunk beds, game room and a full bath.
The fully renovated, open-concept living and dining area flows into a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal, from the morning coffee to a big family dinner. Comfortable gathering spaces, fast Wi-Fi, and central air keep everyone happy whether you're planning the day's adventures or unwinding after the beach.
You're just a few steps from the soft, sandy shoreline, where quiet mornings, shelling, and unforgettable Gulf sunsets are part of everyday life. The neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming, yet you're close to great seafood, shopping, boat and kayak access, and the natural preserves the area is known for.

We fell in love with Bonita Beach for its laid-back, unhurried pace — it's the Gulf Coast the way it used to be, without the crowds and high-rises. Mornings here mean quiet stretches of soft white sand, shelling along the shoreline, and dolphins surfacing just offshore. The sunsets over the Gulf are the kind people pull over their cars to watch. You're close to great seafood, easy boat and kayak access, and the wildlife of the nearby preserves, but the neighborhood itself stays peaceful and residential. It's the perfect balance of having everything you need nearby while still feeling like you've escaped to your own slice of the coast.
