We had a brilliant time at the Agriturismo La Dolce Vista: beautiful, comfortable house, glorious gardens with pool, games, spacious seating area and a magnificent view. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Hosts Alessio and Catia are the best: warm and welcoming, they were a real pleasure to get to know. Knowing that we were delayed Alessio even got us some shopping so that we could settle in comfortably! Catia brought us cake and veggies from her garden. If we had an issue, they were always super responsive. We were a group of 15 incl children and we all had the best time. The villa is well positioned to explore Poppi on foot; we had hired cars for flexibility,and we're glad we did,as there's so much to see in the Casentino Valley. We were grateful for the tip of getting Linda to cook for us, she and her team cooked us a feast that we'll never forget! We highly recommend La Dolce Vista and thank Alessio and Catia wholeheartedly for an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany.

I stayed here with my family and we all loved it. Kids were so entertained and didn't want to leave. The villa is amazing and has everything you need. Alessio was so helpful and responsive and he came one night with his mum and made us pizza's which was great. Poppi is a lovely small town and we had cars and there a lots of small places nearby to visit. Would 100% recommend staying here

Fantastic visit to Poppi!

We had a relaxing visit to this amazing Villa! Alessio and his family were so welcoming and enjoyable! The villa was ideal for our group and we had a wonderful pizza night with Alessio's mother, Catia! We also had a local chef, Linda, come in and teach us how to make local cuisine of pasta and raviloi!

Alessio’s dropped a pin for location & directions which took all the stress off finding the place. The property is spotless whilst soaked in rustic charm and beautifully presented. The rooms are super comfortable with every convenience. The pool, gardens, table tennis table, football game all ready and waiting for you to play. An amazing holiday venue.

Beautiful House with Stunning Pool

A lovely week stay in Alessio’s house near Poppi. The pool was stunning and the hot tub a bonus- fabulous views from this point, especially at night when you can see the lit up castle of Poppi. Spacious room that were all very clean and we loved the indoor Pizza oven; especially as it was a bit of a disappointing week weather wise! It was super handy to be able to walk to a local shop and cafe; although this did mean there was a little traffic noise when you were sat outside. Alessio was great; always very quick to respond to questions on WhatsApp, and kindly brought us some fresh strawberries and home made biscotti, along with a local liquor and honey. We would definitely stay again!

Best house ever!

The house was perfect for our group of 12p. Three separate apartments with a big room with kitchen in the center. Very nice pool. Good surroundings and 5min walk to a grocery store. Great place for short and long excursions… But the best was Alessio, the guy that runs the place. He is a star and solved a lot of problems for us. Thank You Alessio❤️

Amazing family holiday in Tuscany

We spent an amazing two weeks at the villa at the end of July / beginning of August with family. Alessio and his mother were extremely accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The accommodation itself was fantastic, and care has been taken to preserve the natural features and Tuscan charm. All of the rooms were very clean, well equipped and presented beautifully. The pool and surrounding garden was consistently clean, with a variety of activities for all ages, and several seating areas for eating, drinking and socialising. The view of Poppi Castle and the surrounding Tuscan vista was incredible. Would highly recommend and definitely hope to return at some point in the future.

More than a place to stay

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was far more than just someplace to sleep - it was an experience. Our hosts were wonderful and made us feel right at home. We asked for a pizza night in their wood fired stove and it was amazing! Pizza in the US never tasted so good and our hosts made the evening fun. We used the Villa as our home base while touring the region and found it perfectly located. It was a hike but we walked to the castle and the beautiful village of Poppi. There is a grocery store about a five minute walk from the villa that had everything we needed. All in all our stay was a wonderful experience and hopefully one day we will come back. Thank you Alessandro and Katia for being such excellent hosts!!

Lovely Tuscan villa that feels brand-new, with great view and even greater host

- Great location: Close enough to the village of Poppi to walk in 5 minutes to a small supermarket, but at the same time isolated enough to allow you to do anything you want without annoying a neighbour. The villa is right next to a road and a train line, which you can hear – but after two days you won’t notice it anymore. - History close by: The historic mini-town of Poppi is a 40 minutes’ walk away and worth a trip. One can see the Torre from the pool. - Lovely property: The central kitchen/dining room as well as the individual apartments and their bathrooms look brand new and are furnished with great taste. The kitchen has everything you could wish for. Every apartment has its own WiFi. The garden is extremely well maintained with a manicured lawn, a nice big swimming pool, a hot tub, table tennis, and a playground. - Great host: Alessio, the owner, answers WhatsApp messages within minutes. Asked if the TV could be adapted to receive German channels (to watch football), Alessio got a technician the very next day (!) who climbed onto the roof to change the set-up of the satellite dish for us. Impressive.

Die Anlage ist bestens für 3 -4 Familien (12-18 Leute) geeignet.Insgesamt sehr weitläufige Freianlagen mit Pool und Whirlpool und verschiedenen Sitz/ Liegemöglichkeiten. Grill, überdachte Aussenterasse ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche und 4 eigenständige Wohnungen.Kommunikation zum Vermieter ist super unkompliziert.Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 3 Familien (Kinder 10-14) Hund und haben nichts vermisst!

We had a life-changing experience at the villa with a group of 13. We had 4 small kids under 5 and we are food and wine loving adults. This property checked every single box - the kids had the time of their lives. We went to local wineries and pizzerias. We could walk to store for quick groceries. It will be a week we will never forget. Alessio answered any question we had and we also hired a local chef Linda who cooked for our group a few nights - also incredible and life changing. The view is incomparable from the pool - the castle shining at night. It was magical. Don’t hesitate to book this if you are looking for this type of vibe. A real escape from busy life to relax and be with family, with still many activities around.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison d'Alessio. L'intérieur, le jardin, la piscine, tout est propre et très bien entretenu. Le cadre et la vue sur le chateau sont top (et font vite oublier la route à proximité). Allessio est un hôte parfait qui est toujours disponible. Nous avons eu des légumes de son jardin tous les jours et une soirée pizza delicieusement préparées par lui et sa famille.Merci pour tou !Je recommande cette location pour découvrir la Toscane ou buller au bord de la piscine !

Vi var 4 familier 8 voksne og 7 børn i alderen 3 - 71 år, som tilbragte en skøn uge i Poppi. Ejendommen fungerede fantastisk for os med sine 4 velindrettede lejligheder samt et stort fællesrum med køkken. Ligeledes havde vi stor fornøjelse af poolen samt legefaciliteter. Værtsparret var fantastisk imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Vi kan kun give stedet og værtsfamilien vores varmeste anbefalinger.

Spettacolare!!!! La struttura bellissima ben tenuta e ben suddivisa anche all'interno degli appartamenti . Stupendo il salone con la stufa , i caminetti ed il forno laterale per pizza e pane . In 17 stati larghi e tutti supersoddisfatti . Alessio gentile e sempre disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso

Io e dei miei amici siamo stati in questo agriturismo per un weekend...decisamente troppo poco tempo! La struttura è bellissima e in una zona veramente tranquilla. Siamo riusciti a staccare dal caos della città godendoci questo piccolo angolo di paradiso che ci ha dato sia la possibilità di stare tutti insieme, facendo tante attività messe a nostra disposizione, sia il modo di stare un po' più soli per goderci la pace. La piscina, il ping pong, l'idromassaggio, il barbecue, il forno a legna...insomma un posto fantastico. Inoltre la comunicazione con i proprietari è sempre stata facile e loro sono stati fin da subito disponibilissimi. Insomma, consigliatissimo!

Sempre un piacere

Abbiamo trascorso nuovamente una piacevole vacanza in un posto bellissimo a due passi da tutto. Proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali. Rispetto a qualche anno fa, è stato aggiunto un quarto appartamento (davvero bello e spazioso) ed una vasca idromassaggio esterna riscaldata che nei periodi non estivi risulta essere molto utile e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente, magari per qualche giorno in più.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo..spazi, cucina, camere, hanno soddisfatto a pieno le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare la proprietaria per partecipare alle nostre attività…una persona affabile, gentile!

Beautiful villa with lovely hosts

This is a very comfortable property. The ‘apartments’ all have air conditioning - we were an extended family using all three apartments - and the large family area was suitable for fun evenings with games etc. The pool was a big hit! Alessio and Cattia are excellent hosts.

Schönes Objekt mit ganz viel Platz…

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von zwei Familien dort. Die Apartments waren super eingerichtet, es fehlte nichts. Auch der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche bietet sehr viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und wahnsinnig groß, der riesige Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders toll war der Kontakt zum Vermieter, welcher wirklich schnell und freundlich reagierte, als ein Problemchen auftrat. Sofort erledigt. Sogar mit lokalen Leckereien aus eigener Herstellung wurden wir versorgt. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft ☺️ Ein Hinweis für Ausflugswütige: Angesichts der Lage muss ein wenig mehr Zeit für die gängigen Ziele eingeplant werden.

superschöne Urlaubswoche

mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern eine sehr erholsame Woche verbracht, Objekt weitläufig, Appartements geräumig, Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien sehr üppig, gemeinsamer Essbereich außen ist sehr gut, Anlage ist gepflegt. Straße und Zug in der Nähe, hat uns nicht gestört, Pool fantastisch angelegt und gepflegt. Kommunikation mit Vermieter hervorragend, gute Tipps bezüglich Verpflegung, bietet regionale Produkte an (Wein, Honig). Supermarkt und Zentrum Poppi zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Besuch der Burg lohnt sich.
