VILLA BELFIORE, TUSCANY This fantastic, completely detached natural stone holiday villa enjoys a breathtaking panoramic location nestled in the Tuscan hills. Suitable for 20-26 people, it features 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, tasteful interior design, a private pool, a large covered gazebo, a barbecue area, and is family-friendly. Pets are welcome. The property is fenced and offers Wi-Fi internet access. From the 2026 season onwards, air conditioning will be available in every bedroom. In short, it's not just a holiday home, but a stylish and sophisticated villa that will captivate everyone who enters!

BEDROOMS
There are a total of 10 bedrooms (air conditioning will be available in every bedroom from the 2026 season onwards, charged separately based on electricity consumption):

8 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (one of which is wheelchair accessible). There are also 2 double sofa beds (one of which is directly adjacent to the wheelchair-accessible bedroom) and an open gallery (open attic space) with 2 single beds (suitable for 2 children).

The main house contains: 1 very spacious double bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, 5 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom on the first floor, and 1 double sofa bed (suitable for 2 children) in the living room on the ground floor.

Annex 1 (located on the ground floor): 1 double bedroom and 1 double sofa bed in the connecting room (suitable for 2 children). This apartment is wheelchair accessible. This apartment does not have heating.

Annex 2 (located on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase) has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a particularly large room. From this room, a steep internal staircase leads to the open attic/gallery with 2 beds intended for 2 children (the attic is very low and not suitable for standing).

The bedrooms are all comfortably furnished with modern and some antique furniture. Beautiful bed surrounds, bedspreads, curtains, and many tasteful decorative items complete the picture. Each room is decorated in a different color scheme.

One baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge (bed linen, pillow, and blanket for the cot are not provided; please bring your own).

BATHROOMS
There are a total of eight bathrooms.

Main House
Three bathrooms in the main house on the first floor:

One ensuite bathroom with an attractive LED-lit shower cubicle, one bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink, toilet, and bidet, and one further bathroom with a shower cubicle, bathtub, toilet, and bidet.

Two bathrooms in the main house on the ground floor:

One ensuite bathroom and one bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink, and toilet.

Annex 1 (ground floor):

One bathroom (the accessible bathroom) with a shower, sink, and toilet.


Annex 2 (1st floor):

Two bathrooms, each with a shower, sink, and toilet.

A washing machine and dryer are located in an adjacent room.

KITCHEN
The exceptionally large, light-filled kitchen (on the ground floor of the main house) with direct access to the garden is a real highlight. It has everything you could need for cooking together – should the group wish to do so. If you'd like to eat together, this room is also large enough to accommodate two tables, with plenty of space around them. It features two very large refrigerators/freezers, a dishwasher, an extra-large oven, a small wood-burning stove, a sink, a four-burner gas stove, a microwave, German and Italian coffee makers, a kettle, and of course, ample dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., for the entire group.

LIVING ROOM
The living room (on the ground floor of the main house) has direct access to the garden and is furnished with large dining tables for the whole group.

There is comfortable seating, a double sofa bed (suitable for two children or one adult), a natural stone fireplace, and a large satellite TV.

POOL
The pool, situated in a picturesque location with sunshine all day long, measures 12 x 4 meters, is illuminated, and has a depth of 1.40 meters. A set of steps leads into the pool, next to which is a shallow water platform suitable for children and sunbathing.

22 sun loungers and 5 parasols are provided.

GARDEN
The outdoor area features rosemary bushes, roses, broom, a mulberry tree (bearing hundreds of fruits during harvest season), poplars, olive trees, and much more.

The garden surrounding the house (approximately 1 hectare) is enclosed by a 2-meter-high metal fence.

Directly in front of the house is the beautiful, 70-square-meter covered veranda, offering views of the pool and the opposite hills. Here you'll find a lounge with sofas and armchairs, and two large dining tables for enjoying meals, in the cooling shade at midday and overlooking the illuminated pool and garden in the evening.

A barbecue area with a large, modern grill is available.
