Borgo Sereno, an ancient village located in Poppi, near Arezzo, has been recently restored with care and transformed into a splendid vacation home for large groups, preserving its original features.

The property is situated on a lush hill in the Casentino Forests National Park, between Florence and Arezzo, just 4 km from the picturesque medieval village of Poppi, listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The spacious outdoor areas, fully fenced and well-maintained, offer an ideal environment for relaxation amidst nature. At the centre of the park, a sunny swimming pool (14 x 6 x 1.40 m) with a solarium provides a peaceful retreat, while a garden allows guests to enjoy fresh seasonal produce. Activities such as volleyball, ping-pong, cycling, and a playground for children enrich the experience.

Poppi, easily reachable by car or bicycle, offers a variety of services including restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and banks. The strategic location allows for day trips to destinations like Arezzo (37 km), the Mall (43 km), Florence (50 km), Siena and San Gimignano (100 km), and Pisa (140 km).

The property is suitable for large groups of friends, family reunions as well as events of all kinds, allowing for a convivial holiday but at the same time enjoying moments of privacy.

The accommodation consists of four independent units, each with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Three units are in the main building, while one is in a dependency near the pool.

On the ground floor of the main building, there are common areas, including a large dining room with a fireplace, a professional kitchen, and a furnished terrace for outdoor dining. Next to the pool, in the old barn, there is a covered area with tables, chairs, a kitchenette, a dishwasher, and a barbecue.
