The cottage CEDRE ET CHARME offers a beautiful house (300m2 living space) with its indoor pool usable all year. The cottage is able to accommodate families or groups up to 15 people (14 adults maximum). It is classified in furnished Tourism 4 stars, labeled Gîtes de France 3 ears, classified Tourism and Handicap.

These old outbuildings are totally refurbished (work winter 2017 / spring 2018). They offer a superb space combining the charm of the old and all the modern comforts:
- On the ground floor: a large entrance, a parental suite (approved PMR), two living rooms, a dining room and a large open kitchen,
- Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, two with their own bathroom, and an additional bathroom. Comfort bedding.
- Its closed garden (400m2), its terrace, its private parking (4 sites) give you a very neat amenity area.
- A location in the heart of Touraine, 20 minutes south of Tours and 2h 30 from Paris by car (10 minutes exit 24. 1 on the A10 and exit 10 on A85), near the castles and wines from the Loire and many relaxing or sporting activities
- Cedar and Charme is a refuge for birds (member of the LPO - League of Protection of Birds). The cottage puts our precious bird friends to their advantage and invite us to discover, admire and protect them.

For large groups of more than 15 people, it is possible to book the cottages (14 adults or 15 people maximum) and our bed and breakfast (14 adults or 15 people maximum) for a successful stay all together.
