Charming family villa, 6 bedrooms, wooded grounds, ideally located!

Magnificent villa in Saint-Avertin, at the gates of Tours.

Recently renovated, it offers 6 bedrooms (3 equipped with queen size beds and 3 equipped with 2 single beds that can be twinned), a large living room with fireplace and a veranda kitchen overlooking a 2000 m² enclosed wooded park overlooking the Cher valley. Ideal for your holidays with family or friends!

The location is ideal for enjoying the castles of the Loire Valley (Chenonceaux, Langeais, Azay le Rideau, Amboise, Ussé,...), the famous vineyards (Chinon, Bourgueil, Vouvray,...), the Beauval zoo, the magnificent city of Tours...

The house is located in a quiet residential area, backing onto the park of the Château de Cangé, which has a children's playground, and a superb park.

The bedding has been completely replaced recently and the house tastefully decorated! Baby cots available, baby chair, swing, ping-pong table, comics, board games...

The TGV is 10 minutes away (1 hour from Paris). Easy access to the A10/A85 motorways.
