Wow! We booked this house for a family vacation before dropping our oldest off at Montana State. Thrilled to say it exceeded our expectations in every way! The house is well-stocked, beautifully decorated and spacious - plenty of room (and bathrooms) for all. The property it sits on is stunning and perfect for relaxing chat sessions on the back porch watching for wildlife, putting our feet in the stream or fishing. The proximity to Big Sky, Yellowstone and everything in between was also a huge plus. Communication with the host was super quick, friendly and very helpful. Loved this place and will definitely be staying here again!

The house has great space and feels secluded but still close to town. Amazing backyard, close to fish the river out the back door. Peaceful. Saw deer every day. Hosts are fantastic to communicate with. We even used the owner as our fly fishing guide to help us navigate the river behind the house. Bbq and fire pit out back or sit on the top deck with a propane fire pit and listen to the river and watch the stars come out. Overall great place to unwind and host family and be in the outdoors. We would book again.

Our group of 8 loved this home! Plenty of space for everyone, and everything we needed other than food was already there and ready for us. We will definitely rent this home again. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and super friendly and accommodating!

Beautiful location and easy house to stay in. Communication with host was great and they had lots of extras that you don’t always find in VRBOs like coffee pods, tea, plenty of TP, and nice lotion and shampoo. Highly recommend!

We expected more. There were areas in home that had dust on them leaving impressions it had not been cleaned. There were spider webs hanging on walls (noticeable more in master bath/toilet area). Not having closets for hanging up our clothes was not what we have come to expect- their clothes were in them. Overall looks pretty in pictures but it's a shame it's not a place we will use again.

This house is very attractive and has a large yard that eventually ends at the Gallatin River. The furnishings are striking, but not really sturdy as desirable for rental use. When I received the check-in directions 2 days before arrival, they were accompanied by a page full of additional rules, including no shoes in the house, no food anywhere but kitchen/adjoining room, etc. When we arrived, there was a notebook with more rules and instructions, such as don't use the food in the pantry except a designated shelf (no shelf was designated), or refrig. The worst disappointment, however, was that all the closets were locked and we had no where to hang the clothing we brought to use for our stay--6 nights! The hosts brought us a hanging rack and some hangers, but since there were 7 of us, we took them upstairs and we downstairs people hung our clothes on the towel racks and in the laundry room. One bedroom didn't have a dresser, either! The tv would not get correct channels, and when the host came over (again), she finally reached behind the tv and switched the HDMI setting, saying "the people who were here before" must have changed it. "The people who were here before" were also to blame for the grill gas tank being left on, so that the tank was empty when we planned to use it. Also missing a few basics any rental would have, like tissues and more than one hand towel in bathroom, and no placemats to protect the dining room table.

Shelley and David were not only extremely accommodating but some of the nicest people you will meet! The location is gorgeous and and the views are stunning! Would absolutely recommend staying here :)

This is the most amazing property. Our daughter got married nearby and it was the perfect home to relax. The amenities were spot on. Our hosts communicated well through the whole booking process and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

We spent a week at this home and genuinely appreciated the setting on the greenbelt surrounding the Glatin River. The yard opens up to a beautiful pathway that winds around the river and its offshoots. Our host - Shelly was very helpful before and during our check in to assure we had everything we needed. The fully equiped kitchen allowed us to enjoy our own meals, though we did enjoy several meals out as well.This is a great home if you are going to stay in the Four Corners area.

Wonderful property

We only stayed one night in Bozeman and were very pleased with this beautiful home. The decor was so comfortable and peaceful and the backyard was an oasis - I enjoyed the deer playing in the backyard while I had my morning coffee. We loved this home and Bozeman and will definitely be back.

Very nice home, Lots of room to spread out. Large kitchen with plenty of utensils, plates, pots, pans. Shelly was very helpful and easy to deal with. We would come back here if the opportunity arises. The running water and trout stream behind the home is an added bonus.

Perfect!!

Beautiful house on a lovely stream and close to downtown Bozeman, not far from the airport yet quiet and secluded. Clean and comfortable. Would have liked twin beds in at least one room, but other than that, it is the best VRBO that I have ever experienced. Kitchen is well-stocked with what you need.

Beautiful home right on the Gallatin!

We visited Bozeman for a wedding and loved our stay at the house. Right on the river, easy access to Bozeman, plenty of space. Shelley was very helpful and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this house!

The home was very clean upon arrival, and property was beautiful. The hosts could not have been more helpful with suggestions and communication. Check in/out process was simple as well. Highly recommend

Great house for families - well appointed and very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a few very minor challenges but the owners were very responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and the size of the house is great for families. The house was clean, stylish and very comfortable. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in the Bozeman area.

Old Guys Ski Trip

My friends and i needed a nice house close to Big Sky and Bridger Bowl with enough rooms for all of us (we need our space!). The River House was perfect and the owner was very helpful.
