Studio fonctionnel très bien situe

Studio propre et bien équipé, dans résidence calme (quelques trains pas gênants du tout), et surtout très bien placé, dans quartier résidentiel à deux pas d'une plage, du sentier littoral. Bus pour St Raphaël ou Agay à 100m, Agay accessible en velo ou à pied. M'a manqué un espace extérieur pou pour manger ou rester dehorspour e dehors

Petit studio d'accord mais pas du tout les pieds dans l'eau, 3ème étage non indiqué, voie de chemin de fer, pas de balcon, pas de clim chaleur importante, bref pas pour des gens de plus de 55 ans
