- Access to bike beach through the forest (facing the house) + bike path along the Boudigau (small coastal river) leading to the seaside towns of Tarnos / Ondres / Labenne / Capbreton / Hossegor.
- Beach access by car to the beaches of Labenne Ocean (2mn), Capbreton (5mn), Hossegor (7mn).
Shops nearby: Intermarché / Leclerc / Lidl.
