The location is great. But the unit was in poor repair. The carpet was torn and coming up off the floor. The refrigerator was broken and hot on the inside. They did bring a new refrigerator the next day but the ice maker still didn't work. But the huge issue was there was a problem with water in the entire building. When they finally fixed the water, then there was no hot water. Coming off the slope and you can't take a hot shower really sucks. I called Summit Cove Vacation Lodge's office several times about all the problems and though polite, they were NO HELP! I asked for a discount on the room charge and they said, "We cant give a discount because it's not our fault." Well, it sure wasn't my fault and i had to pay full price for a horrible experience and sorry service. Stay away!!

We want to note that we contacted you prior to arrival to inform you of the scheduled, building-wide water interruption and offered alternative accommodations at that time, as guest comfort is very important to us. While some of the issues were related to building infrastructure outside of our control, we understand the impact they had on your stay. We appreciate you acknowledging that our team was polite and responsive, and we’re glad we were able to replace the refrigerator promptly. We truly value our guests and always aim to communicate openly and offer solutions when challenges arise. Great summer fun

It was our first time at a ski resort during the summer and we absolutely loved it. We loved the fact that it wasn't super busy. The property was great and the amenities were very good. The apartment is small but for it's size it fits six people well. It didn't feel crowded and it makes very good use of the space. Overall we loved staying there.
