Perfect location, very spacious

Great location for skiing, parking is great too. The condo was clean and spacious. The only thing we didn't like was the check-in process as you have to drive to a different location to pick up your keys. Other than that it was great.

Perfect location to Gondola

Just what we wanted!! 5 min walk to gondola, ski locker and a parking garage spot!!! This location was perfect! Check in was a breeze with plenty of communication!

Perfect ski getaway

This place was perfect for our group of four. Everything was as advertised. The condo is right in the middle of River Run Village. It’s a quick walk to the gondola so you’re skiing in no time. Highly recommend

I picked this property because it was affordable for my family. It didn’t have any recent reviews so I was nervous. The property was great very clean and comfortable. Had what we needed in the kitchen. The property management company was also very easy to work with. I would recommend staying here

The only issue was a couple of lights were missing bulbs (I found extras in the closet)

Management takes a lot away from an otherwise awesome experience

The property itself is fabulous -- a lovely, spacious condo right in River Run village. The hot tub was great and not too busy since they have 3 of them. The price is high, but that is to be expected for a great space in a location like that. There were some things we didn't expect though, and weren't really happy about: - The management company requires you to sign a very lengthy contract in addition to the standard Vrbo agreement. It's like you're signing for a 6 month lease, not a 1 night stay. - Vrbo confirmed my rental was booked, and I didn't immediately see the emails about the extra contract. The management company threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn't sign that extra contract right away, causing me stress over a reservation that had already been confirmed. - You have to pick up the keys at a different location, and your keys are accessible to others sharing the same keycode. It'd be easy for someone to steal the keys to multiple properties and just try every door until one works. - You can't check in until 4:30, so we got to our room at 4:45 and were surprised to find the cleaning staff in our room. They left immediately, so whatever they didn't finish cleaning before we arrived was left uncleaned. Overall it's a great condo but these issues really took away from the experience. I'd save some money and go elsewhere next time, Keystone is a short drive from anywhere you can stay in Dillon and you don't need to stay on the resort to have a great time.

Walk out the back door and you're instantly in Keystone's river run village with a 60 second walk to the gondola. Hot tubs were prime, ski locker was in a solid location, very affordable. Only thing I noticed is not a lot of storage/dressers for clothes but I don't really care about that on a ski trip. Will definitely be back next year

Great experience

Overall this was a great property. There were games for the kids and everything worked. We locked ourselves out and they were able to send someone to open it in 20 minutes. Not bad!

A Great Escape!

The unit was bigger than expected and had ample room for ski storage and the "stuff" that comes with a typical family of four that is tends to pack for every imaginable case in scenario. We also double ordered groceries and still had plenty of space. My only point to note would be the location. I can't stress this enough, the location was not a concern for us but can get pretty noisy early in the morning as the resort prepares the lots and people arrive. Each morning we were greeted with the snow removal teams outside our window clearing the roads. It was a nice wake up call for those wanting to hit the mountain early but could be a concern for light sleepers or people who want to sleep in. I also only really noticed it on the days it snowed. Normal skier traffic through the access points to the village below were relatively minor. At night, there were no issues at all.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
