You will have access to the bar and restaurant, huge children's play area, tennis, Teen games room, tennis courts.
Access to swimming pool and gym is not available to guests ...... this enables us to offer amazing prices for this large house.

PLEASE NOTE -- this house sleeps 8 guests. if guests wish to bring an extra child, we can allow families to bring a little camp bed or similar for the youngest child, then the only extra charge is for the extra usage. Please inform us of this before booking.

This resort is set in the grounds of an historic manor house, so there is a wonderful feeling of outdoor space and gardens.

This resort is in a fantastic central location in Cornwall -- ideal to get out and about exploring everything Cornwall has to offer !! We leave lots of information at the property, to give you ideas for days out etc. This resort is about 7 miles from Newquay, and the glorious beaches nearby.

PLEASE NOTE : This house can not be used for a party house. Guests are not permitted to bring extra guests to the house at all, either to visit or stay. Only booked guests are permitted at the house or resort. The resort are very strict about this.

Please don't forget to bring your own towels etc. -- these are not included.

We understand that your holiday time together is so precious - we always ensure that your holiday property is beautifully presented for your arrival, with beds made up for you. Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with !!

WE ALSO HAVE OTHER FANTASTIC HOLIDAY PROPERTIES, IN AMAZING BEACH LOCATIONS --

We can allow 1 dog at certain times ..... there is the extra charge of Ā£49 for 1 dog. Our cleaning company does extra vacuuming and cleaning after a dog -- incase we have guests with allergies. It is very important that you contact us before booking if you wish to bring a dog ....... as this is not always possible at certain times of the year. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
If you do not mention bringing a dog --- then you may be booked in to the property that does not allow dogs. So this is very important to inform us before booking.

Our cleaning company can provide travel cot for a charge of Ā£14 if required. This does need to be booked in advance - when booking

Overall great place to stay with family, central and 15 mins drive for Newquay.

Overall great house for family, nice pools, little shop and bar for food, we did yoga one eve, little drive but not far for different beaches. Quietish location great host.

Fantastic week in Newquay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property located within Atlantic Reach Resort. The property met our expectations with ample space and amenities. The location was perfect for exploring Newquay and the resort itself boasts many benefits such as a local pub, cafe, indoor/ outdoor pool/ gym if you please, crazy golf for the kids and much more we didn't touch on as the weather was so good we spent most of our stay exploring different beaches and local towns. Thankyou to Jane for her prompt communication, answering any questions we had and for allowing us to stay an extra night as we didn't want to come home! I would recommend this property aswell as Atlantic Reach Resort on the whole! Perfect for what we needed as a family with a teens, young children and a newborn.

Had couple of probs with house . Water coming through brown. Cleaners did good job what you could see but bad job hidden. Under sofas filthy but moved easily etc . But felt on balance not owners fault

Terrible place

Atlantic Reach. Firstly the positive the staff were very helpful especially the guys running the cafe. We were there for 2 weeks in the first week. We didnā€™t get a full nights sleep because of the noise lasting to 3am most mornings. This was groups of same sex in various properties. All you could smell was the odour of drugs being smoked each day. The swimming pool had tiles missing and loose on the bottom of the indoor pool. The whole site is in a general state of disrepair. The soft play area is nonexistent but still listed on web site.

Atlantic Reach.

Overall impression of Atlantic reach, was that it looked really tired and in need of a makeover. Our particular house was advertised suitable for 10 people. There was only 8 chairs so 2 people had to eat on settee. Lower floor shower was continually cold. Found some baby clothing under bed, and quite dirty under the other beds. Not cleaned well. Banister very sticky, had to wash. Dining table and chairs also very sticky.. in a time when COVID is rife, cleaning is of the utmost importance. We entered the property as the cleaners ( owners) came out, and there was no smell of cleaning fluids. Overall we enjoyed our holiday, but, very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house.

Lovely half term break

Thank you for a lovely stay. We have 3 children under 8 and the spacious bedrooms and living area were great for them. Everything was clean and well kept, we loved the swimming pool and soft play areas and all had great fun with the crafting equipment in the cafe. Super location, no distance from Newquay and lots of fun things. We loved it so much we couldn't bear to go home (even despite the half term stormy weather) and Jane very kindly let us stay an extra day. Couldn't have been easier to arrange. Thanks again.

Excellent holiday Accommodation

We all had the best holiday. Great house with loads of space & 4 excellent bedrooms & 3 great bathrooms. Lots of space in the lounge & great dinning room table and kitchen facilities. The site has very good facilities too. Great value for money especially as was in school holidays. Staff were all lovely too. We will definitely come back. Thank you Jane xx

Good accomafation

The property is spacious and well equipped. Owner was good at responding to queries. The location is good as a base for exploring Cornwall. On site facilities such as pools were busy and not kept clean. Outside gardens weā€™re not well maintained either. A good holiday but sadly wonā€™t return to this resort.

Great location and friendly staff

We had a great time at the resort, the resort do need a bit of TLC as the paint is chipping off on the rails around the swimming pool outside, the grass is sprouting out on the side walks and road pavement. The play area outside needs a bit of upgrading as its overgrown.and The swimming pool indoors need more cleaning in the dressing rooms as the floors are totally wet and undesirable for getting dressed. The restaurant is superb and food amazing, the gym is really great and good choices of classes to attend. Overall lovely resort, great location just need a bit of attention and it would be 5 star

Excellent family venue with a helpful owner

The owner Jane was very helpful with information on the area and prompts for the processes of booking and arrival. Jane even offered early arrival! The rooms are a good size and the number of bathrooms is excellent for 4 children, 4 adults and a baby and the hot water worked well. Guests need to bring their own tea towels and wiping cloths , surface sprays etc. On site parking was good and close to the property. Lack of wifi in the house is a bit of a pain but you may be glad to get away from it! Some of the decor is a bit tired and one of the double beds badly needs attention which I'm sure Jane will give it. The location is great for visiting Cornwall and it's coast. The on-site amenities were good but at high season I wonder if there will be enough provided. We all had loads of fun and would recommend this property (as long as that bed is improved).

WHAT AN AMAZING HOLIDAY WE HAD HERE!! ----- this is fantastic spacious 4 bedroom holiday home, on this holiday resort in acres of gardens, so there is a wonderful feeling of space here. Just perfect for family groups ! My children loved the huge outdoor play area, my sons spent hours on the zip wire, my younger child loved the indoor swimming pool, we enjoyed swimming every day. it was great to have the bar and restaurant on site, so that we could enjoy a glass of wine or 3, and not have the hassle of driving !! My wife is a gym instructor and thought that the state of the art gym is amazing. The spa was great swell, my wife and her mum enjoyed a few treatments, and you can use the hydrotherapy pool etc for just Ā£5 per person. -- This really was the perfect holiday, we were celebrating a special birthday !! -- I would thoroughly recommend this holiday villa ----- booking with Jane was effortless, she was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble - she even suggested surf schools, and sent us a Newquay brochure before our holiday, so that we could plan our week !!!! JUST PERFECT ! I must just point out - a couple of the other properties on this resort were not as well maintained as ours, so please make sure you book this one with Jane

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING !!

WHAT A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY !! This is an amazing spacious holiday cottage. There was plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was really useful, as my elderly dad struggles with stairs, so this was ideal for him. It also gave him some privacy, to have space for himself! We loved the huge open plan lounge/kitchen + dining space - this was ideal for family get togethers, and very well equipped. This property is on a big resort, with amazing facilities. My children loved the indoor swimming pool and the huge children's play area with basketball and zip wire. There is acres of grounds to play and relax. There is also a very well equipped gym, my brother is a gym instructor, he was very impressed with this, it had everything !! Also it was great having the bar and restaurant on site aswell, the food was really good, and we could all enjoy a drink without the hassle of driving. It really is the perfect holiday location, in a fab central location. We are trying to sort out dates to sort out another holiday booking here soon. I can't wait !! Thanks again Jane
