We have stayed at Crantock Corner now for the last 6 or 7 years and have always found it to be very clean and tidy. My wife Janet and I always stay for 2 weeks and our daughters and partners with our 4 grandchildren come usually about the middle weekend to join us for our second week. The enormous garden has been used over the years for cricket, football, tennis, badminton and many other games. It is ideally located within walking distance of the beach (as long as you’ve plenty of hands to carry everything) to avoid queuing at the car park. At low tide if you enjoy walking you can walk over to Newquay and keep the car at home.
If you ever have any problems (which would be very unusual) .the owner Paul or his daughter Elle are always on hand to sort things out, including sorting out the sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. The village of Crantock is a very pretty village with 2 pubs just 2 minutes down the road serving lovely food, although with the weather being so lovely this year, we walked the 1mile on the road to The Bowgie to dine out admiring the fantastic views.
Thanks very much Paul and Elle from Colin, Janet, Sarah, Steve, Katie, Dan, Daisy, Oliver, Joseph, Maya and Ruby the dog. From Huddersfield and Leeds.
