Off-Street parking for two cars and a garage. The first floor features 3 bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom features a queen suite with private deck and bathroom. Another bedroom features twin single beds and the final bedroom on this floor features a queen bed. The top floors features the spacious great room with hardwood flooring, and a kitchen with stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and granite counters. There is ample living space with the spacious sectional. Another queen bedroom with private bath is also on this floor. Great views from the deck, this unit will not last long.
