Great views

This is a nice place. We were disappointed that the upper and lower apartment isn't identified when looking through VRBO. It could have been cleaned better.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your feedback; I wish you had contacted me if the cleaning wasn't up to your standard so I could have rectified the issue immediately. Also, we try to make it as clear as possible in the listing description which level the rental is for: "This home is a Top/Bottom Duplex. Rental is for the lower floor, which is up one flight of stairs.

Beautiful Views

Loved the location and the view from the LR and porch. Ocean all day long. The unit was very comfortable and easy to care for. We appreciated the timely help in solving the parking area issue for our unit. It did take longer to solve the electric outage than I expected (Saturday at arrival to Monday afternoon) but the electricians were great and the rest of the stay went well.

We apologize for the delay with getting electricity to the back bedroom. After some troubleshooting over the phone as soon as the issue was reported, and when our handyman wasn't able to locate the issue on Sunday, we immediately scheduled a professional electrician there as soon as possible Monday morning. Thankfully he found the problem lamp causing the issue. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and are glad have decided to come back next year!

The view was amazing! The master bathroom wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived but I cleaned it correctly when we left It has a stall shower that you need to use a Mister Clean Pad on it and scrubbed. . I left a pan on top of the stove as it's supposed to be NOT non-stick but it's no longer non-stick. Very happy and I would like to book same time next year.Thank you for a very nice vacation. Regards...Kathryn Cloran .

Kathryn, so glad you will be returning next year! We appreciate the feedback and will be doing a thorough inventory and assessment of all kitchen (& bedding) items in the next few weeks to replace as needed for next season. We have already gotten in touch with our cleaning company to express your concerns. As always, we can usually rectify any cleaning issue in real time if we were notified, and apologies that it wasn't up to standard.

We wanted a long weekend at the shore during the off season, and this was perfect- in a quiet cul-de-sac and gorgeous views of the ocean. The bedrooms are a little tight, but the eating and kitchen areas were spacious.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We had been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for generations and decided to purchase in Townsend Inlet for its easy access to activities, restaurants and retail, while being in a less crowded, more family-friendly end of town. Our home is the perfect spot for families; a quick walk to everything from take-out to fine dining, convenience stores to surf shops, parasailing to playgrounds.

We have continuously renovated and updated this home. You will find it meticulously maintained and well-equipped. The open layout with a shaded deck to enjoy the views is the perfect place to bring your family together.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location is unmatched! The panoramic views of the waves, boat traffic and drawbridge against the Avalon skyline are spectacular. The beachfront, corner lot location on a semi-private road services just 3 homes. Take your pick: to the left, the guarded beach offers waves on a wide beach, to the right, more solitude and great fishing on the inlet.
