Off-Season Monthly Rental Available - The Cove at Park Meadows - Sleeps 8

Enjoy this beautiful 2810 square feet, three bedroom, three and a half bathroom, condominium located in The Cove in Park Meadows. The unit is five to ten minutes drive from Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons, the PC MARC and shopping at Kimball Junction. It is also a 7 minute walk to the stop on the new Tan 20 bus line that goes to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley.

This unit has been renovated and repainted, with new furniture, appliances, carpeting and interior decorating. Beautiful mountain view from living room and front deck. Cozy, the ideal location for your ski holiday.

Our outdoor jacuzzi is directly accessible from the master bedroom and living room, looks out at the back of the property and is completely private and out of public view. Two car garage with remote garage door opener. The unit sleeps eight and is ideal for two families.

Bedrooms have their own private baths and there is an extra powder room. The beds are beautiful and comfortable (one king, one queen and two bunk beds). The kitchen is fully equipped. All of the appliances are new. There is also a spacious loft area with a desk for those in the family who may need to get some work done during the vacation. The unit has cable TV, DVD players and wireless and direct broadband internet access.

The community pool and tennis courts are directly across the street from the unit and the trailhead for Park City's mountain biking, hiking and cross country ski trails is immediately behind the unit.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock the main entrance door. DO NOT lock the door from the garage to the unit.
Please leave both garage door openers in the basket next to the door to the unit
Please return all keys into the plastic container on the dresser in the entrance foyer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Please only park vehicles in the unit garage or in the parking area across the street from the unit.
Violations of the above parking policy will be ticketed by the HOA. Any fines levied by the HOA will be charged against the security deposit.
Please put trash containers on curb no earlier than 2 pm on Tuesday. PLEASE REMOVE BY 7 PM ON WEDNESDAY OR THE HOA WILL ASSESS A FINE PAYABLE BY GUEST
