Location, Location, Location. This incredibly inviting and charming home is located on Historic Daly Avenue in the heart of old town Park City. Less than a 5 minute walk to Main St, and within 1 mile of both Deer Valley Resort and PCMR. Whether you're here to vacation in the winter or summer months, this beautifully appointed home has everything you can possibly imagine and then some.


****Please note: This property has long term tenants in the upstairs unit. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay to the fullest and have a wonderful stay, we want guests to be aware that this is NOT a party house and quiet hours shall be observed from (10:00pm-7:00am) Please stay up at late as you desire, however guests need to be respectful of our upstairs renters! Thank you!

This property is a quick walk down to Main Street where there are many shops and restaurants. You can catch the free trolley/bus to anywhere around Park City. It is located in the older historical area.We loved our stay here.

We LOVED your Beautiful home.. the kitchen was REALLY nice and so was the living room was also great. The master bedroom and bathroom was beautiful. Location was awesome as well. We hope to come back next fall. Thank you!

Cozy and Great location

Very cozy and well appointed. Enjoyed the historic neighborhood just up from Main Street. Great hiking trails at end of street. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay with flexible, kind, and communicative host

Loved staying on Daly! It was a great location and the house was much bigger than I expected based on pictures. It was very clean and worked perfectly for my partner and I. We loved having the trail at the end of Daly for our dog, and the ease of access to town and Guardman's pass area. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely Awesome!

We couldn't be happier with this property. It's much larger than pictures show which was a suoer plus for us. Also the mattresses and pillows are like your sleeping in heaven. Super clean, and excellent location. I recommend this property 100%

Ski Getaway

We had such a great time. The property is lovely and in a great location for walking to town and getting to Park City and Deer Valley for skiing. We traveled with our dog and it was wonderful. We hope to return again!

The house was very cute and well appointed and within easy walking distance of downtown. Oven and garbage disposal didn’t work but we were able to find the Allen wrench and fix the disposal. Since it was right before Christmas a repairman couldn’t be secured so the oven didn’t get fixed despite the best efforts of the manager.

Perfect Rental for a Deer Valley Ski Week

We visited in January 2024 for a week of skiing. The house was a perfect place to stay. It was a quick drive to Deer Valley and a short walk to Main Street in Park City for dinner. The house was so comfy and well appointed. Kollin was a great host!

Perfect location

We had a great stay in this lovely home. We could walk into town for dinners and we were a quick drive from the slopes at Deer Valley and Park City. The house is decorated in a comfortable but elegant style, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything our group of three needed. We hope to return. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Fantastic Daly drive

My wife & I love this place. Short walk to great hiking & it’s possible to access Lady Morgan lift if you’re skinning. Short walk to great restaurants. Clean, modern & new in an old school facade. Love to stay again if they’ll have us. Many thanks 🙏

Cozy, Beautiful Place in Fantastic Location

Kollin's place is in a great location just up the street from downtown Park City but still on a quiet residential street. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted to go including to the bus station to take the bus over to Deer Valley for a day of skiing. The house is well-stocked and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was nice to sit in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.
