About this property

Ile Grande: Quiet house near the sea.

Single storey house surrounded by an enclosed garden. Close to the beach at 200 m via the municipal campsite, grocery store and bread depot at 500 m, restaurant at 200 m and bar - crêperie at 800 m. Small market every Wednesday morning. Sale of fish and shellfish according to the tide every morning from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Port St Sauveur. SATURDAY STAY / SATURDAY ONLY
Housing:
3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 160 bed, bedroom 2: 140 bed, bedroom 3: bunk beds, a large 40 m² living room with open kitchen. Terrace with picnic table and barbecue (charcoal).
Sheets and towels on request (10 € / person).
End of stay cleaning on request (60 €), a deposit will be requested and returned upon departure.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
