House of 110m2 and 700m2 of garden, full of charm typically Perrosian with garden and sea view. Completely renovated in 2022.

The property is ideally located:
- The Port is at 5mns walking distance with all the shops : Bakery, Supermarket, Restaurants, etc.
- The beach of Trestraou, Trestrignel as well as the city center are at 5mns by car.

The accommodation is composed of 4 bedrooms (including 1 master suite) with 9 beds.
All linens and towels are provided for your stay.

The house has been completely renovated and is very bright, with all the necessary amenities for a good vacation. All the bedding was purchased in 2022.

The accommodation is composed of 4 bedrooms (including 1 master suite):

2nd bedroom : 1 bed 140x200
3rd bedroom: 1 bed 140x200

Maison très agréable

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La literie est de qualité.Les 2 points qui nous ont moins plu, ce sont les caméras de vidéosurveillance extérieures placés à différents endroits sur le terrain ainsi qu'une seul et unique sac poubelle pour 4 jours. Malgré cela, très bon séjour. Le sentier des douaniers est magnifique.

Cela nous a permis de passer Noël en famille. Gite bien aménagé. Seul souci manque un ou 2 torchons pour la vaisselle et du papier toilettes. Mais sinon gite agréable
