Perfect Home for Our Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 14 just returned from a week long stay at Blue Pine Sea-clusion. The house was the perfect size and layout for 3 families plus grandma. We really loved the screened in porch and spent almost every evening out there. The back porch was also very nice for morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen was very well stocked making it very easy to stay in and prepare our own meals several evenings. There is an attached shed that had all types of chairs, toys, umbrellas etc that helped us enjoy our time at the beach. The location of the home is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach and Seaside. The property management company was very responsive and was very quick to address the couple small concerns we had during our stay. The only thing that would have made us enjoy our stay more would have been softer mattresses in a couple of the rooms. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit 30A. Thank you!

This location is great! Close to the beach with easy access. We had a couple of small issues but communication was easy and everything was taken care of. I would say if you’re considering whether or not to get the golf cart get it. It was very useful to shuttle beach items back and forth. I would also suggest some better pictures of the property because it was much larger and nicer than what we expected! Overall a lovely stay.

Great Week at the Beach!

Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook in each night. We love this neighborhood! This is probably the 5th house we have stayed in here. Beach access is great too and with golf cart was super easy to get to with all of our stuff! Guest house has a musty smell so not ideal for someone with a sensitive nose. Would be ideal for a mom & dad with kids to put out there. The twin beds are not able to be moved around. Might be better for a double bed in that spot. Downstairs bedroom has a tiny closet and no dresser for unpacking. Upstairs main master was huge along with the master bath. Be aware that the room with bunk beds of off the master bathroom. Would be ideal for small children. Overall the best house we have found so far. Would likely stay in it again if we switch around which rooms our people stayed in. Loved that it had beach towels for guest use! They were super nice, perfect size for rental beach chairs.

Family Fun

This house exceeded our expectations. We had 10 adults and 7 kids and it felt like plenty of room. The neighborhood sits back off 30A which can feel really busy at times. It was quiet and calm and felt like an oasis. TONS of shade. Plenty of room for the kids to play around outside without fear of the street/ traffic. The house itself was so well constructed and designed. Top of the line kitchen and well stocked. We cooked in every night and had everything we needed. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and the pools were not crowded even on a holiday weekend. Host was responsive on numerous occasions and was pleased to rent from them. What a gem! We cant wait to come back.

I timed my walk from house to beach access stairs 7 minutes. The house would be perfect for young parents with younger kids. There are plenty of rooms but not all rooms and beds fit well for parents or big kids. Figure your bedding strategy before you go. It’s clean and very quiet.

Beautiful Home w/ Accurate Listing

Our time in the house was pretty great, with so much provided to be comfortable in the house. The rooms were cozy and bathrooms/rooms were very spacious. All the rooms had giant closets, so if you have babies that you want to have a quiet dark place, a pack and play fits with a ton of leftover room. There was a pack and play provided, even though RD said there was not. The bikes and locks were very helpful and fun to have around the beach and Seaside. The major issues were with the property mgmt company, Royal Destinations. The first day we noticed that the charger for the golf cart was unusable because of the exposed, splitting wires. When I notify RD that we were not able to use the golf cart because of the dead battery and wires, they did not get back to us about a remedy. After two full days, the issue was fixed and RD said they would pro-rate the cost of the cart. The internet was not working and so we mentioned this with the golf cart and there was no response, other than to allow us to try and fix it and tell us where the router was (locked owners closet), for us to try and reset. On our third day in they came out to fix the router. The grill was in bad shape, with a completed rusted grease trap. The issue was fixed within a day, replacing the whole grill. However, on our second day using the original grill a, grease fire started and the indoor fire alarms went off. The fire alarms were very sensitive to outdoor smoke and minor use of the stove in kitchen.

The staff at Royal Destinations were lightning fast to respond to questions and requests. I highly recommend this home and thank the Owners and Royal Destinations for a magical stay!

Relaxing Girls Trip in a Beautiful Space

We all have techhy TVs at home, but the one in the living room was a bear to figure out even with the directions. Is You Tube TV (ROKU) on your radar? Maybe it would be an easy fix,2. Having had personal refrigerator issues that caused a flood at my personal beach house, the freezer sounds like it needs some help. It is making a loud noise when the drawer is closed.3. Since we did not have instructions or access to the golf cart until the second day (late in the day) I hope we can get some kind of credit for that.4. Coffee pot handle was very loose and by the end of the week it would not work at all with a full pot of coffee. It actually broke off.5. Shower curtain in Jack and Jill bath has a handprint stain of someone's who used it to wipe their hands of makeup! (Not us)6.Red ants in one of the bathrooms upstairs (not the master or the Jack n Jill) Maybe a visit from Buzz Woodham would be needed.Overall these things are minimal, as our stay was wonderful. My house in the Grove burned down last October, so it was really great to stay nearby to familiar people and beaches. We are using you guys in October for another property in Seagrove. Thanks for the hospitality.

Lovely property!

We had a wonderful vacay with kids and grands with plenty of space for all! Beach was within walking distance but also enjoyed the golf cart. Neighborhood was quiet and well situated. We had fun making s’mores in the fire pit. The only negative about the property was a musty smell in the carriage house; otherwise, perfection!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in this house. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and it felt like we were at home instead of a rental. I have stayed in a lot of rentals in the area and this one is at the top of the list now, The management company was top notch and very professional. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Stay-Spring Break 2022

This house was perfect! It is cozy, beautiful decorated, conveniently located (short bike or golf cart ride to Seaside), and a great size for a large group. The carriage house was an extra bonus for us. We really had no complaints and would recommend this house to anyone. We were sad to leave! It was a great Spring Break 😊

Reviewer Comments: One of the best stays we’ve had on 30 A!!!!We have been coming to Seagrove for over 20 years!Love this area and this beautiful neighborhood!!First time in this house but not last for sure!It is home!So cozy ,bright with absolutely everything you may need and more!A huge thank you for rental company for accommodating every need we had!Can not wait to come back!
