This brand new 3-story home with elevator is an absolute stunner in a gated neighborhood on the beachside of 30A in Blue Mountain. Featuring 6 bd/6 ba, including a bunk room with 4 full-size bunks with arcade, PS4, & foosball. Tons of outdoor living with 4 balconies including a screened porch, plus a large walkout patio & yard with built-in grill station, ping pong, & cornhole. Take the 6-passenger golf cart & bikes to plenty of nearby restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops!

☀ 6 Spacious and exquisitely decorated bedrooms; 5 kings, bunk room with 4 full built-in bunks (each with its own with light and charging station). Every bedroom has a large flatscreen smart TV and darkening shades over the windows.
☀ 6 bathrooms: 5 ensuites, and 1 full bathroom directly adjacent to bedroom.
☀ Large open-concept kitchen w/ modern finishes, gas range, beautiful large island plus 6 stools for hanging out while in the kitchen.

This house was perfection, and it couldn't have been a better pick for our family. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed! The rooms were spacious, each had its own bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs. We all love to cook, so the large kitchen area was ideal. The downstairs had a grill and games (ping-pong and foosball). The beach was only a 2-3 minute drive in the golf cart, and there were plenty of chairs, beach towels, and accessories. The host, Jessica, was very easy to communicate with and left detailed instructions for everything we may have questions about. She also provided a list of daily activities for the season. It was truly a wonderful vacation and we were so happy to have found this home. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Gorgeous home, appointed with everything needed or wanted! It had all the luxuries that made our beach vacation easy, enjoyable and convenient. Location was perfectly positioned with easy access to either Blue Mountain Beach or Gulfview Heights beach access areas. The home is designed well for the comfort of multiple generations. The owners were immediately responsive when questions came up, friendly and welcoming. It was easily one of our most memorable and relaxing trips! We can't wait to come back.

I love to travel and explore new cultures and have been all over Europe, South America, the Caribbean, and the US. My husband, John, and I and our two children even went on a mission trip to Honduras a few summers ago. But where we keep coming back to time and again is 30A. There is just something about the beaches, restaurants, activities and just the overall feel that draws us back whenever we need a quick getaway to re-charge, be carefree, and have some fun! So, realizing how fast time is flying and wanting to soak it all up and make as many memories as we can, we decided to make it feel even more like home by buying a house on 30A. We have found that Blue Mountain is the most special part of 30A with a little bit of everything – both laid back beach vibe restaurants and some of the most amazing upscale restaurants, easy access to everything, good crowds but not too crowded, easy beach accesses, etc – we LOVE it here! But what we love even more, is being able to share it with others and help them make memories that will last a lifetime! We would love to host you so come visit and find out why everyone loves 30A!
~The best things in life are the people we love, the places we’ve been and the memories we’ve made along the way… especially on 30A!

From the moment I entered the gate of our neighborhood and looked down the palm tree-lined street of all white homes, with it's idyllic 30A beach charm, I knew that we could make some amazing memories here. Added to that is the easy proximity to the white sandy beaches and a ton of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and ice cream shops, it is the whole package! I love being able to park the car for the week and use the golf, bikes and walks to get everywhere we need to go!
