NON CONFORME A LA DESCRIPTION

Nous avons été très déçu par la villa, les photos ne correspondent pas du tout, celle-ci a vieilli est rien n'a été refait. De plus le propreté à l'intérieur était pas top, et la cerise sur le gâteau, sur l'annonce il été spécifié piscine chauffée seulement à notre arrivés on nous signal que la pompe a chaleur est en panne depuis des années mais la propriétaire n'a pas pris la peine de changer l'annonce, nous avions 5 enfants et la température n'étant pas élevé cette année ils n'ont pas pu profité de celle-ci quelle déception pour eux. Nous avons essayé d'avoir un geste commercial mais la propriétaire n'a rien voulu savoir, déçu nous avons même écourté notre séjour. La société gérante sur place a été à l'écoute et compréhensible. J'espère que la propriétaire aura réagi suite a toute nos plaintes.

Plus mauvaise expérience de location sur Abritel. Piscine non chauffée contrairement à ce qu'indiquait l'annonce, ni les 2 lézards noyés au fond et le crapeau mort dans un skimmer. On nous annonce que la piscine sera nettoyée le jeudi soit ...5 jours apres notre arrivée (séjour une semaine). La maison n était pas correctement nettoyée (filtre à café moisi dans la cafetière), un dehumidificateur d'air avec du moisi en surface, poussières + débris alimentaires sous les lits, taches café sur chaises & tapis non nettoyés. Lave vaisselle pas vidé... Photos sur demande...
