Absolutely perfect! We loved everything about this house, specifically how clean it was, location, and the incredible private backyard (perfect for our two puppies, morning coffee, and a night swim in the heated pool)! Highly recommended. We are in love with Savannah…..and with this cute house. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful house in the historic district of Savannah. We loves the location --we were able to walk to so many restaurants. Also loved how dog friendly house and area was. Excellent VRBO. Would stay again next time we're in Savannah.

It such a cute little cottage that was walking distance to everything. It comfortably slept 6 adults amongst the 4 beds. I also loved that there were bathrooms in each bedroom in addition to the half bath in the shared space. The pool also served us well for the one afternoon we decided to hang out around the house.

Accessible to everything, this picture perfect house had everything to make our stay in Savannah a true delight. From a stocked welcome basket, to a comfortable temperature upon arrival in Savannah's long-lingering heat, you never wanted to leave the place to explore town because this house had everything you could ever want. Small as that pool might be, it fit two rafts comfortably and was a truly enjoyable way to cool down in September's higher than expected temps. The location of the house made it walkable to everything Savannah had to offer and we'd gladly stay here again without hesitation.

My husband, nineteen-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well-maintained home. The location was very convenient, and the home was spacious and well appointed. The host was very communicative. We did not have any complaints and would happily stay again.

Perfect location and beautiful property!

We brought our three kids to Savannah for vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to so many nice restaurants and more. We would definitely stay here again!

Great cottage in historic district

My college age son and I stayed here and loved it! The cottage is charming, well appointed, and walking distance to nearly everything. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Great place for a girls trip

We really enjoyed the house for our girls trip. Lots of space to spread out. The pool was perfect for cocktails and relaxing from the Savannah heat. Bed were comfortable as well!

We decided to retire on St Simons Island many years ago and moved there full time in 2015. In 2017 we purchased a property in Savannah and now split our time between the two. We are both "military brats" and met while attending college in Germany. We've spent the past 35 years working around the US and the world.

Two historic 1828 Antebellum cottages combined into one home. Off-street parking, a pool, and a large walled garden just four blocks to Broughton St. You could wish for anything more. We just needed to renovate and add our unique decorating stamp.
Six months later, we had a JewelBox in the heart of the oldest part of Savannah.

We're happy to accept a pet, Your pet is welcomed with a pet fee >30lb $110, 30-45 $130.
Multiple, or larger pets, with prior approval and at an additional fee.
