Peaceful Cove Weekend

My family and I have been renting homes on lake martin for several years and this property is exceptionally well appointed and comfortable. My wife and 2 young boys and I enjoyed plenty of dockside water time and peaceful sunsets grilling on the deck. The owner is accessible and courteous and the you won't find a better quiet cove on the lake!

Lake Martin on Brookwood Court

Lake Martin on Brookwood Court: Great two bedroom rental to stay on. Perfect lake area especially if skiing and wake boarding. Everything was very clean! Thank you Billy for answering all my questions throughout the week so quickly.

Spectacular Views

We originally chose this rental to accommodate our 15+ year old lab, Buddy. Unfortunately, he passed away before our vacation. We are thankful however that we chose this location even though we didn't bring a fur family member. The views from the kitchen, living area, porch, yard and dock are spectacular. The porch was our favorite and where we spent most of our time when not out boat riding. The house is in a very quiet and shaded area. The house pictures are very accurate. The house was well furnished to meet all our needs. There is construction very nearby, which seems to be the case all around Lake Martin. It was not disruptive to our stay. Billy, the owner, was super nice and very responsive. we would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was cozy and comfortable on the inside and outside it was beautiful. The property has expansive views of the lake and a lovely view of undeveloped forest across the lake. The grassy area was wonderful for our dog and kids to run. The dock was large and we loved the table built into it. The floating dock was also great for lying in the sun and fishing from. And we adored the large screened in porch. The porch and deck felt like they doubled the home’s living space and allowed us to comfortably spend a great deal of time outside. When it rained all day during one day of our stay, we simply cuddled under blankets and listened to the rain from the screen porch. At night we enjoyed fires and then watching tv on the screen porch. Billy was easy to communicate with and we are so thankful to have spent a few days together as a family with our dog enjoying this beautiful property and making great memories.

Absolutely best location

We had a wonderful time. Dock for our boat, wonderful views, Chucks is right across the slough. We enjoyed the games, deck, screened porch. It was anything you could ask for. Definitely a great rental! Thanks!

Great Stay on Lake Martin

We loved everything about this property! It was perfect for myself and my 2 boys while visiting family in the area. The screen porch alone made it special, but everything was great. The house had everything we needed. We rented a boat to enjoy the lake and the boat house and dock are wonderful. I can't recommend enough! We will be back!

Awesome Lake House

We had a great time here. The house, property, and dock were all great. We spent most of each day swimming from the dock. My almost 2 y/o lab had the greatest time ever being able to swim all day and we didn't have to worry about her wandering off due to the fenced yard. We brought a small boat which we were able to tie off on side of the dock. The house had everything we needed. We cooked a couple of meals at the house and ate out a couple of times. There was a total of 6 of us and we had plenty of space. I would definitely try to stay here again if booking another trip to Lake Martin. Very fun and yet a relaxing trip.

Beautiful Lake house

Beautiful Lake house on a very quiet cove. Views of the lake are breathtaking. House was fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. Our two 15yr olds enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking and watching the sunsets from the awesome dock. Our mini Aussie enjoyed the large, well maintained and fenced in yard. Billy was great to work with and quickly responded to to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Martin.

Thanksgiving Retreat

The property is great for a relaxing, family getaway; very quiet area. We wanted to be on the lake but close to Au, which is a quick 35 min. drive. My son likes to fish so we were able to bring our bass boat and put in near the house even though the water was down. I was afraid the views would not be nice if the lot didn't have year-round water but I was pleasantly surprised. It was still a beautiful view. Also, our dog loved the large fenced yard. The owner is great to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Lake Property !

Best weekend !!!!! The property was amazing and perfect. Owners description of the property is exactly what you get. But I will say the pictures don’t do justice until you see the beauty of the lake yourself. Easy 35 min drive to Auburn, screen in porch was perfect at night, the lawn and outside deck were perfect for the day. Very quiet part of the lake which was so peaceful. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of room for us. And my fur baby loved the huge yard ! Even saw a deer in the driveway. This is a must stay !!!! I can’t say enough great things about my whole experience. At one point I emailed the owners saying I never wanted to leave !!! I will definitely be back.

Perfect

This was our first time visiting Lake Martin and we were not disappointed. The property was just as described. It was perfect for our family of four and 2 Boston terriers. We all enjoyed this property very much and hope to return very soon.

Great Little Lake Property

Great little lake property. Perfect for a quiet getaway with parents and dogs. The view and fenced in yard was ideal for our dogs to run and play outdoors. The dock was perfect for tying up our rental boat. We enjoyed lying out on the lilly pad float. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. It is a quintessential little lake cabin. I will say if you have two couples you'll most likely share the new bathroom, as the second bathroom is more like a camper style shower, but it was all we needed! Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice lake house with amenities

Very nice lake house with amenities! Very easy to communicate with the owner. The owner is very nice and accommodating! Everything was furnished! Very quiet area with a beautiful view!

Lake Martin, Dadeville

The lake house was very clean, convenient, accommodating, and comfortable. We would stay there again. The lake had a dead end right past our lake house, therefore not much boat traffic. The lake was beautiful and clean! Our trip was wonderful. Great mixture of fun and relaxation. Chuck’s pizza was delicious! You must try The Creamery! It was YUMMY!

Amazing!

This property exceeded our expectations! The view was beautiful and the house was very clean! Great location, very low boat traffic, felt very safe with smaller children in the water! Cozy get a way

This is simply a gem in a very quiet area of Lake Martin . My husband and I along with our rat terrier (dog ) sure did enjoy this quaint house. On different days our daughters brought our grandchildren and we enjoyed boating. We had everything you could possibly need at this beautifully decorated lake house . We are looking forward to staying again in the future, a great house and dock for enjoyment on Lake Martin 😉.

Auburn Graduation 2021

As each person arrived they were overwhelmed with the views and the charm of this wonderful property/house! It had everything we needed and was such a comfortable and easy place to enjoy. Plenty of space to put out the food and to sit around eating and visiting and swimming enjoying the celebration! Billy was a thoughtful and responsive host!! Great place!

We loved our stay! This property was just the right size for my family. My husband and I came for the week and our children who go to Auburn came for the weekend. It was spacious enough for all of us. We spent most of our time on the dock where we saw occasional boats come by. Nice, quiet area. The kitchen was fully stocked and the hospitality of our host was beyond what we expected. Beautiful lot!

a great time at the lake!

A delightful place; pollen was bad but we still enjoyed the porch. One complaint about too soft bed in second bedroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and fenced yard was great for the little dog.
