This upper floor apartment is located in Mont Vernon Apartment Building. It offers 24 h security (caretakers, video system), a large pool (3 pools with different deep), and direct access to Orient Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island (with bars, beach party, restaurants, water sports, deck chairs and parasol). There are 2 tennis courts and 2 free parking spaces It is close to all amenities (Grand-Case airport 2 km away; SimplyMarket/LeaderPrice supermarkets 1,5 km away; restaurants on the road for Mont Vernon, Orient Bay, Grand Case 2,5 km away). You will find a spacious one-room apartment, carefully furnished and air-conditioned. It offers a full-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, induction cooker, coffee maker, crockery, etc.), a shower room with double bowl sinks, a washing machine, a toilet, a large room offering a sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. There is a living area with a sofa bed (for 2 people), an 82-cm flat screen television, a DVD player (rentals available at Hope Estate), a terrace fenced by shutters against cyclone with panoramic view of the mountain, tables and chairs for eating. The apartment has free Wi-Fi access. Linen is provided (sheets, towels and beach towels), as well as a safe. Airport/apartment building transfers are available.

The apartment itself was very comfortable and I really had no issues. Everything that you would expect in an acomodation was available. If you enjoy being inside, cooking, chilling out away from everything then this is definitely for you. As for amenities and housekeeping I never received any of that although it was included in the fee. Also note that this is a property under construction, so on weekdays there will be noises.

Beautiful St Martin!

Regis was very gracious host and the apartment was perfect! Excellent communication between the owner, caretaker, and ourselves. The island and weather was of course beautiful. The pools and tennis courts were under construction but that seems to be the way a lot of the island is… Still recovering. Everybody was very friendly and we had a great time.

The bad stuff 1st: It’s not on the beach, just beside it & it’s a 5th floor walkup & if you are not an adventurous 75 year old like me, you’ll need a car. Regis was an excellent host and had all the extras I needed to fully enjoy this space: soap for the washer, coffee & sugar, drinking water, oil for cooking. Everyone likes a deal but if you want to enjoy a stay with a considerate host, this is definitely value for money. I was sorry to leave and miss my shortcut 15 minute walk to all the well stocked shops. Say hi to the egrets for me!

Siamo una famiglia con bambino piccolo (3 anni) e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! L'appartamento /studio è piccolo ma non manca nulla, cassetta di sicurezza compresa.appartamento pulito, il punto di forza è un buon rapporto Qualità /Prezzo. il complesso residenziale è tranquillo (famiglie e coppie ) e sicuro poiche' sorvegliato durante la notte. E' fornito di una grande piscina che da direttamente sulla spiaggia. Siamo soddisfatti.

Trés beau logement avec belle vue

Logement conforme aux photos, Propre , bien entretenu et déco design. Placé au dernier étage du bâtiment qui offre une belle vue vers l'étang. Bon accueil du gestionnaire du logement. Accès Piscine et Plage à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Difficulté à trouver une place de parking, c'est un peu, la guerre pour être plus proche du bâtiment. Bien placé pour faire le tour de l'île. Mais sinon à recommander superbe logement.

Wonderful Orient Bay Beach

Mont Vernon has one of the best pools that we have ever experienced. It is large enough to exercise and for everyone to have plenty of space, including a separate area for children that is more shallow. Around the pool are plenty of lounge chairs with cushions and areas to be in the shade or in the sun. There is most always a breeze which makes it very pleasant. Being that the studio is on the top floor we enjoyed watching the birds every morning and the sunsets through the mountains from the balcony. The bathroom shower is very nice and having two sinks is always a plus. The refrigerator looks small but I was surprised at how much fit into it. The oven worked great. We also appreciated the safe in the apartment. The Mont Vernon complex is built on a hill. Therefore, you get a workout going anywhere. We equated the walk to the pool equivalent to going down six flights of stairs. Of course that means that you have to walk back up six flights of stairs to get back to the studio. We appreciated the exercise. Going anywhere requires a taxi or a rental car. During our stay we also enjoyed snorkeling several times with the BubbleShop which is located right on Orient Beach.

Très bel appartement conforme aux photos , très bien équipé au sein d'une résidence sécurisée et au calme. Accès à une grande piscine et à la plage en quelques minutes. Régis le propriétaire répond à toutes les questions et l'accueil de Vanessa sur place est un vrai bonheur toujours le sourire et très disponible. Vacances idéales à deux ou en famille mais voiture indispensable pour profiter au mieux de cette belle île. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr et vous pouvez louez cet appartement en toute confiance. Très bon séjour!!

Résidence magnifique avec accès direct à la piscine et à la plage, appartement très propre au style épuré où on ne manque de rien , l'accueil par Vanessa à était très chaleureuse et le propriétaire très à l'écoute, un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous à fait grand plaisir.Je recommande donc vivement cette location avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Un séjour au paradis !

J'ai passé 8 jours dans cet appartement au sein de la résidence Mont Vernon. Tout était conforme à la description et aux photos de l'annonce. Mon séjour s'est déroulé merveilleusement : de la disponibilité du propriétaire pour répondre à mes questions, en passant par ses explications pour me rendre sur place depuis l'aéroport. Moi qui n'ai pas un sens de l'orientation très développé, j'ai trouvé sans difficulté ! J'avais loué une voiture le temps de mon séjour, et je le recommande car c'est tout de même ce qu'il y a de mieux pour être autonome et visiter au mieux l'île. L'appartement est spacieux, moderne, meublé de façon épurée et de bon goût, propre, avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin : clim, réfrigérateur, four, four micro ondes, cafetière, machine à laver, grands placards pour ranger : tout est là ! Sans oublier une petite terrasse très sympa. La résidence est très calme, sympathique, jolie, bien située. Une belle piscine, accès direct sur l'une des plus belles plages de l'île, un accès sécurisé, un parking privé. J'ai vraiment passé des vacances super tout en me sentant chez moi et en sécurité. Mention spéciale à la gérante, Vanessa, qui m'a accueillie : toujours souriante, patiente, disponible et qui règle les problèmes avec rapidité et gentillesse, toujours prête à vous donner de bons conseils, vous guider. Je recommande cette location, je la recommanderai à tous mes amis qui souhaitent venir à Saint Martin pour fuir la métropole ! Je reviendrai moi même sans l'ombre d'un doute.
