A renovated apartment with terrace on the top floor 15 minutes walk from the beach near the museum Marq. All shops are nearby. 10 minutes walk from the old quarter and the historic center. The decor is neat and the new bedding. 15% discount for bookings greater than or equal to 7 days. Air conditioning in the rooms and WI-FI.

Nice appartement

We stayed 24 days in November in the apartment and enjoyed every single day. The roof terrace of the apartment was our favorite place to stay. The apartment has all the facilities that you would expect from a modern apartment. We really appreciated the neighborhood, which is not a very touristy area, but still close to central Alicante. We made a lot of use of the public transport options, which are both cheap and really good. Well said, we found the place we were looking for.

Super appartement avec terrasse très bien placé

Super appartement dont les points forts sont la terrasse vraiment super agréable ainsi que l'emplacement : - tout est accessible à pieds centre-ville, chateau de Santa Barbara et plage sont à 15 minutes - proche des transports (bus C6 aéroport à 10mn ainsi que ligne de tramway pour aller à la plage de San Juan qui est mieux que celle du centre ville même si cette dernière est très bien)et Bénidorm) - proche des commerces juste à côté (Mercadona à 5 mn, Lidl à 15 mns à pieds, Spar juste à côté). La cuisine est très bien équipé avec tous les ustensiles, dommage que le lave vaisselle était en panne, nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser de la semaine ce qui est pénible mais pas critique pour nous) et problème de fuite sur la climatisation du séjour mais elle fonctionnait quand même (il fallait mettre un bac à eau sous la fuite). Canapé un peu fatigué. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. A savoir, appartement situé au 5e sans ascenseur mais ce n'est pas un souci pour nous. Au global, modulo les petits inconvénients ci-dessus, on vous recommande vraiment cet appartement et on y retournera avec grand plaisir.

Lovely flat

We stayed here in june 2024 for 5 nights and really enjoyed the time. The terrace is great. The flat is equiped with all necessary stuff. Everything was well prepared and clean. The host is kind and very obliging. This was already our second stay and we surely will come back. Merci Jérôme

Très bon appartement

Petit pb au début du séjour qui a été réglé très rapidement par l’hôte, qui a su être compréhensif et réagir rapidement. Le logement est très bien rien à redire. Je recommande fortement !!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Alicante

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es sind wirklich alle Einrichtungsgegenstände vorhanden, die man benötigt. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön, wir haben dort sehr viel Zeit verbracht. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

De woning is ruim, gezellig ingericht, goede bedden, complete keuken en een fantastisch terras. Zeker een aanrader. Hou wel rekening met de trappen die je op/af moet om bij de woning te komen (goede workout).

Heerlijke plek net buiten het centrum

Dit appartement met terras is de meest fantastische plek om de stad te ontdekken en je ook thuis te voelen. Van alle gemakken voorzien en het terras is werkelijk waar heerlijk.

De foto’s kloppen zoals staat vermeld

Het was super. Geweldig vriendelijke host die alles goed uitlegde. Er stond ons iemand op te wachten met de sleutel zodat we er al vroeger op het appartement konden. Het was er wel heel erg koud maar dankzij de perfecte uitleg van de host konden we de airco op een lekker warme temperatuur zetten!

Breathtaking

Overall the apartment was as listed, great terrace for relaxing and eating. 5 flights of stairs were daunting at first but you very quickly get used to them. Easy walk down to the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants all at hand. Apartment could do with a “welcome” book With recommendations etc, plus info on how to receive and log into the wi-fi. Loved being in amongst the locals.

Spacious apartment with a lot of flair!

We really enjoyed our stay in Jerome’s apartment in Alicante! It had so much space and a super modern kitchen which we used a lot. The highlight was definitely the roof terrace though 😍 The only thing I would suggest is some more information (maybe an info sheet) regarding the WiFi/bins and check-out in the apartment itself.

Très bon sejour

L'appartement est très bien situé , on peut tout faire à pied, (commerce, plage, musées, etc...) difficile toutefois de se garer dans la rue, mais le parking derrière La Campo est à 10' à pied et tranquille. Appartement spacieux , confortable et calme, terrasse très agréable, à prévoir renouvellement de certaines casseroles . Bon rapport qualité prix.

Such a good base for our holiday

This apartment is all that we could have asked for. The transport links are superb: buses to the train and bus stations, the esplanade and San Juan beach stop a very short distance from the apartment. The C6 airport bus stop and tram station are also near by. Supermarkets and a lovely cake shop are close. The apartment is light filled, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The balcony is a delight. If there is a negative it is that there are a lot of stairs to climb to reach the fifth floor! I highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment

The apartment is as advertised and suitable for 4 people. It is a short walk from the C6 airport bus when getting off at Vazquez de Mella tram stop. It is in a residential area which is fine as there are lots of little restaurants and coffee shops on your doorstep, there is a large Mercado supermarket 2 minutes away and it has all you need. The Santa Barbara castle, esplanade and beach are all within easy walking distance or you can jump on a 06, 09 or 10 bus for 1.45euro which takes you down to the main shopping areas and past the railway station. The apartment is well equipped with all your cooking needs and the outside terrace is great for a drink, having a home cooked meal or just relaxing on. Contact with the owner was easy and he responded quickly. Overall no complaints, the apartment suited us, was sufficient for our needs and I would definitely recommend it.

A beautiful apartment with cozy roof terrace

Communication with the owners worked very well and the apartment itself was well equipped. Supermarket and a bus stop to city were just around the corner. Santa Barbara castle and beach were within walking distance. WIFI and air conditioners in the bedrooms made the stay pleasant. We really enjoyed staying there (especially at the roof terrace) and highly recommend the apartment!

Amazing stay!

The apartment looks even better in real life than on the pictures. A supermarket is close by and the walk to the beach is not to far either. The best thing about the apartment is the terrace, we sat outside every evening and enjoyed the beautiful city! Jerome made the stay very easy for us, he was very flexible and replied really quick to any question asked.

Very Good

The apartment was perfect for our week in Alicante. Location was in the residential area which we didn’t mind. It was clean and well equipped. Only point to give 5*...... air conditioning. It was over 30 degrees so it took a while to cool the apartment once the windows were open. We survived without it. Would recommend and stay again 😁
