Please contact me before booking any stay above 9 nights due to local regulation. Modern apartment on the first floor of a building 200m from Santa Barbara Castle, 300m from the Market and Bullring, 500m from the Historic Center. Ideal location to visit the city of Alicante on foot during the day (shopping, culture, history ...) and night (bars and restaurants). Just 10/15 minutes walk, we can enjoy the Port of Alicante and Playa del Postiguet. At 300m there are good connections to the Airport (bus, line C6) and the TRAM, to visit different places on the coast (Playa San Juan, Benidorm ...). In the streets around the building, parking is free, availability according to schedules.

The apartment has a sunny balcony with stools, to relax with a glass of wine. It consists of a romantic style bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 with high quality mattress and a bathroom with Italian shower. Bright living room with kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, washer-dryer and dishwasher (more free time to enjoy the holidays). For your comfort: air conditioning, hot and cold, large screen TV with Netflix and Prime, Wifi access 30 megabytes, filtered water ...

Jessy was a very approachable helpful host. The flat was clean, well equipped with everything you needed and thoughtful extras eg, toiletries, cleaning equipment, cooking oil & condiments. Location is within easy walking distance to the town, marina & the beach.

Lovely time in Alicante

The property was even better than seen in the photos online.The location was excellent, close to everything in the city, but quieter than being in the tourist centre, with an excellent bus service to go farther afield. Host was great.j

Fantastic place!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here! We could walk all over the city and it was very clean. Jessy is so helpful too! The check in process was easy and he had perfect suggestions when we needed them.

Wonderful place

Beautiful city, lovely weather and nice people all around

Very friendly, professional and helpful owner. Location sensational, everywhere can be reached on foot. Flat furnished with soul, well equipped, nothing missing. We spent a very good time there.

Central apartment

Although the apartment was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the harbour and beach there was bars and restaurants much closer. The apartment was compact but had everything you needed. The host Jesse was very helpful and informative.

Excellent stay in Alicante!

The stay in Alicante was amazing! The apartment was in a perfect location. Jessy was a great host. He greeted us upon arrival, was available for any questions we had, and checked in to be sure we were doing ok. He checked us out and even helped us book a taxi to the airport. We would stay here again!

Great apartment & Great hosting

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, a perfect base to explore Alicante and its surroundings from. Jessy was a really great host with fantastic communication. During check-in he really took great care in showing the apartment and how to use everything. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Only short walking distance to many great bars and restaurants.

A perfect stay.

We had a wonderful time in Jessy's apartment. It is compact , but very well furnished, modern, clean and fully equipped. Jessy is very involved and helpful. A perfect host. We can highly recommend a stay here. You will have no regrets . Jan & Toos.

Excellent property and host is a 10/10, extremely helpful in giving us recommendations for places to visit and eat. It was a 20 minute walk to Postiguet Beach while walking through Old Town. The Santa Barbara Castle is just behind the property so can easily walk up the hill. We also took the tram to other towns like Benidorm (1 1/2hr ride) and hikes along a rocky beach trail in Coba de la Huertas (recommended by host!). He also recommended a tour to El Guadalest and swimming in the Waterfalls of Les Fonds de l’Agar, what a great day that was. Property has a mini split for air conditioning, washer/dryer combo comfortable bed and hot shower. Everything was as expected! Highly recommend this property

My trip to Alicante

The stay in Alicante was great. Jess, the landlord is a great host. he is very welcoming, super friendly & all is thought about. Also the appartment is very well equipped. super clean, very nicely furnishd with a lot of charm & storage room. the location of the appartment is ideal. very close to everything, e.g. the old city, the castle, restaurants and also shopping area & street are nearby. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Alicante.

Jessy was amazingly helpful throughout our stay, nothing was a bother. The apartment was well-equipped, which demonstrated significant consideration for clients. Our host Jess was the best host we have ever had. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. Jess provided us with great information about the city. He also provided us with valuable information about catastrophic events that were happening at our next destination. The area around the apartment had everything close by. It was easy to walk to all of the areas in the city. If I could give a higher rating I would.

Small but perfectly formed

We stayed here for 5 weeks during winter. The apartment was well-designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The heating was very effective and heated rooms quickly, we were never cold. Jessy was extremely easy to deal with and went beyond our expectations when there was a very minor problem - he fixed it within a couple of hours. He kept in touch to make sure all was well with our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for central accommodation in Alicante.
