Perfect Location and Great Clean Apartment

We spent 8 weeks in this apartment and loved the location. A short walk to the marina and beach, a short walk to the train station, tram station and bus station if you do day trips. There are great options for groceries within 5minutes and dozens of restaurants, pubs and tapas shops are close by. It really is a great location for short or longer stays. ,

This is the PERFECT place to stay in Alicante!

We just departed from a WONDERFUL almost 2 month stay at this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Alicante, Spain, and I cannot recommend it enough! Positives: - Three large bedrooms - Two bathrooms - Full kitchen -Interior patio -Washing machine for clothes! -Spacious living room and dining area -Easy walkable access to everything in Alicante (parks, the harbor, Kinetic Therapy, great restaurants, supermarkets, Santa Barbara Castle, bars) Negatives; There are non! This building is safe and secure and the photos do not do it justice. The apartment is much larger than you think and squeaky clean. Also, if you have guests visiting the layout is perfect because there is one guest bedroom slightly away from the others to allow for more privacy. The owners are lovely people and also have properties in Benidorm if you visit there. You cannot go wrong with this place!

Très bien situé . Idéal pour court séjour

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre d alicante à proximité des lieux de visite ,du port ,de la plage ,des restaurants et magasins . Appartement spacieux meublé simplement Literie correcte Pas trop de bruits extérieurs sauf chambre donnant sur la route La salle d eau est à revoir car pas d étagères ou de meuble et fuite cabine de douche . Idem pour les meubles dans la sdb. Manque matériel de cuisine : couteaux, fourchettes,etc

Perfect location !

We had a great time in Alicante and this place. Very conveniently located. Walked all around, to beach, port , cafes restaurants supermarkets. Thank you Ricardo

Bonne situation de l'appartement

Appartement au 1er étage avec ascenseur,belle surface,3 belles chambres et 2 salles de bains fonctionnelles.De grands placards pour les chambres et l'entrée sont très appréciables.Très bien situé,proche de l'esplanade qui longe la mer,à 15 minutes à pied de la station d'autobus,de même que la gare ferrovière.Beaucoup de commerces dans le quartier ce qui simplifie les courses.Et un grand merci à Ricardo et son épouse qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont bien conseillés pour les visites et déplacements .Très bon séjour à Alicante.

Die Wohnung hat die beste Lage in Alicante.Sehr ruhig. Das Haus sehr gepflegt.Die Wohnung gross und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Sie sprechen viele Sprachen.Uns hat Ricardo die besten Tipps gegeben.Von der Wohnung ist alles sehr leicht zu erreichen. Wie sind begeistert! Danke!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone in questo grande appartamento che può tranquillamente ospitarne 6. L'impianto di condizionamento è ottimo, la posizione è vicinissima ad un supermercato molto economico (Mercadona) e non lontano dalla stazione del tram con cui si possono raggiungere le spiagge vicino ad Alicante. Soggiornando qui si può fare a meno della macchina e viaggiare con i mezzi pubblici.

ottima posizione centrale vicino al Corte Ingles

appartamento funzionale, 10 minuti dalla spiaggia (vicino al Hotel Melia) arredato con l'essenziale, la padrona Mercede e il marito sono persone squisite e collaborative ci hanno informato su ristoranti/posti da vedere e mezzi di trasporto, un piccolo appunto il segnale di internet è scarso e a volte scompare ma questo non è imputabile ai proprietari ma al provider della zona . Lo raccomando senz'altro e penso di tornarci magari a Benidorm dove posseggono altri appartamenti

superbe appartement

Je confirme sans réserve les commentaires élogieux des locataires précédents. L'appartement est très beau, très spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est situé près du centre, mais dans un quartier et un immeuble très calmes. Le propriétaire Ricardo est très serviable et très accommodant. Merci infiniment à Ricardo et à sa fille pour leur grande gentillesse.

Wir haben fünf sehr schöne Wochen in einem Apartment verbracht das uns rundum zufrieden gestimmt hat. Alle Angaben aus dem Online-Inserat wurden vor Ort voll erfüllt. Der Eigentümer spricht deutsch. Die Lage ist super, direkt in der City und mit Bus und Bahn gut angebunden. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Übergabe und Zurücknahme des Apartments verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

SANS AUCUNE HESITATION

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, complet, bien orienté et magnifiquement situé dans le centre ville. Vous disposez de tout le nécessaire à proximité (centre commercial, restaurants, bars, supermarché etc...) Nous recommandons vivement à tous vacanciers ou voyageurs de ne pas hésiter et de prendre cet appartement pour toute la durée du séjour. L'immeuble est très calme ainsi que le voisinage donc si vous cherchez à joindre repos, l'utile à l'agréable vous y êtes. Le propriétaire est une crème, vraiment sympathique et aimable à souhait qui s'intéresse et soigne ses locataires, nous avons été conquis par ce charmant Monsieur. Un grand merci encore une fois à Ricardo. Nous devions rester 2 semaines au départ et à l'arrivée nous nous sentions tellement bien que nous sommes restés 1 semaine de plus. Pour finir nous n'irons plus jamais à l'hotel quand nous serons à Alicante.

Excellent apartment in first class location

We spent the month of February in this apartment. We were very satisfied with it. The owner is helpful and the location near El Cortes Ingles was ideal. Located near buses, tram, taxi rank and only 5 minutes walk to the port. The Postiguet beach is just another 5 minutes away.The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the facilities work well. It is also close to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a very good supermarket with a wide choice of food and drink. We would recommend for a short or long stay. We would be happy to go back again if the opportunity arises. D and M Ireland
