Rent apartment 80m2 for 4 people in the center of Dinard hyper (50m from the market and halls and 300m from the beach). Very recent apartment with nice benefits.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in one and a double bed in the other) with a bathroom in each room. The living room overlooks an open kitchen and a terrace and a garden.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker. There is a storeroom with washing machine. Cot and high chair available. Parking place in the residence.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Ruhige und zentrale Lage. 2 Sitzgruppen auf der Terasse, davon eine überdacht. Sehr netter und guter Kontakt über die Plattform mit Vermieterin.

Plus que moyen

Hormis l’emplacement proche de toutes les commodités, et du parking sécurisé, cet appartement ne mérite pas de s’y attarder. Nous avons trouvé (photos à l’appui) plusieurs étagères inutilisables car remplies de draps et de serviettes salles des locations précédentes (pas très ragoûtant) et impossibilité de pendre des vêtements car remplie de divers matériels (lit pliant pour bébé etc…). Le rez de jardin pourrait être un atout mais compte tenu de la situation de l’appartement il est très sombre ; pour peu qu’il fasse mauvais on ne voit pratiquement pas le jour (nous y étions en juillet !) et la porte fenêtre de la grande chambre non exploitable car bloquée par divers objets (flotteur de bateaux par exemple). Les matelas sont de bonne qualité mais leurs protections de doivent pas être lavées après chaque location !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement parfaitement équipé, propre et très bien situé au calme. Toutes les commodités à proximité, on peut tout y faire à pieds. Très bon contact avec Emmanuelle dès la réservation et ce jusqu’au départ (disponible et arrangeante), que nous remercions. Nous conseillons cette location et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Siamo ritornati in questo appartamento dopo essere stati in maggio per far conoscere Dinard a nostro figlio, e non possiamo che confermare tutto quanto di positivo detto allora. Ritornando a Dinard abbiamo avuto modo di scoprire altre cose interessanti che nella prima visita avevamo trascurato. Abbiamo trascorso una magnifica vacanza.

very nice appartment, new and fully equiped with quality stuff, the actual is a lot better than showing on the photo. safe parking in the yard with remote controled gate, nice location with shops, resturants , beach within 5 mins walking distance. We wanted to stay one day more, however it was booked out already. If we go next year again there, we will for sure choose same appartment.
