Awesome Condo

Linda and Rachel were great. They made our visit very easy giving us all of the information we needed. The included parking spot was very convenient, since the beach is just a 10min drive away. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the pictures.The condo is great, it has everything needed for an extended stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing Service and Experience

Rachel is everything! She is very response and she makes everyone feel at ease. Anything you need during your travel, she will be there every step of the way. We couldnt have had a better host. 5 Star all the way, Great location ,The View was Amazing I'm Sure the Best in Miami Publix is in walking distance Hotel has shops and a Pharmacy only A short distance from Target, Ross and Marshall. Near Everything the Layout was great. Very Clean and Decorated nicely , Mirrors everywhere but they open up they room Master Bath was Awesome and Racheal Was the Best From Start to Finish Very Prompt and Courteous and she has World Class Customer Service We will Definitely Book with Her Again

Magnificent!

Mia.....you are awesome! This was the first time in 13+ years without kids that my wife and I were able to get away. #2754 "The Great Escape" says it all. The location is the way it is described. Easily can accommodate a family of 5-6 but we didnt need that since they all stayed home. Beautiful views of the city/water skyline, spacious location and located within minutes of everything Miami has to offer. We will definately be booking again. Mia was so nice to accomadate us with early check in due to an early flight. She greeted us at the location with a friendly smile and easy directions. It was hard to leave when that day arrived. We look forward to returning soon.

Fabulous Condo in Superb Location

This condo was everything as advertised. It’s huge and lovely with a spacious balcony and great views. The location is perfect - just a short distance to places like South Beach and Wynwood. It was everything we needed for a family vacation and did not disappoint. And we loved the Italian restaurant in the lobby - the food was superb. Rachel was a lovely host and very helpful from start to finish. Would highly recommend this condo!!

Perfect Location with Amazing Amenities

We booked this home for our recent stay in Miami with my parents (>70 yr old) and young daughter (~ 2 yr old) for a vacation where my husband and I planned on running the Fitbit Miami Marathon. We couldn't be happier with this choice! Rachel was an amazing host by greeting upon our arrival and keeping in constant communication to answer any questions and best meet any of our needs. With any private home away there is always pros and cons. I like to include both in reviews... The biggest con is that this home shows its age. There were water issues, the appliances were quite noisy (i.e. - it sounds like the kitchen is flooding when the dish washer is running), lights didn't work (which Rachel let us know ahead of time), the TV LCD has a couple burned marks on it and the entire place can use a new paint job and deep cleaning. There are also not enough hooks in the second bathroom, the doors creek, and the shade can be upgraded to blackout to help mask the ample light that comes in during the night. It is important to note that Rachel was aware of all of these items and assured us that she was in the process of getting them fixed. When we stay again I'm sure they will all be rectified! The pros considerably out weigh the cons though! The place is PERFECTLY located. There are spectacular restaurants and even a masseuse on site. Publix and the FREE public transportation (which took us directly to the start of our marathon or to the science museum) is only two blocks away! It is a 15 minute drive to anywhere in the city (e.g. - Seaquarium, airport, South Beach) and parking is very reasonably priced. The balcony view cannot be beat - our daughter spent hours watching the "trains" and buses. The city noise is non-existent inside spacious interior. The kitchen is graciously stocked with amenities (and Rachel quickly provided any other items that needed to be replaced or restocked), the trash cute is directly down the hall, and the WiFi works perfectly. There is even a park within a block where our daughter quickly made friends her age!! We honestly could not be happier to have chosen to stay here and would recommend it without being prompted to anyone else who asks. We loved everything about our stay and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else next time we are in Miami!

Amazing!!!

The condo was beautiful!! We were only there for 4 days so we wanted to see EVERYTHING Miami had to offer. Every morning when I woke up the view made me want to stay in the condo all day and just relax on the balcony. The Grand has excellent security. Rachel was awesome with the booking process and Mia (who was hilarious) helped us when we got there and they were both wonderful!!! I definitely would like to stay here again in the future!!!

Wonderful stay for a bachelorette weekend!!

Beautiful property!! We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and didn't want to pay the crazy prices on South Beach. This condo was absolutely perfect! It was plenty big enough for 6 girls, the beds (and surprisingly the pullout couch) were very comfortable, and the view was outstanding!!! It is right by the bridge to S beach and was an easy drive over. The complex itself is great, with everything you need located right downstairs. Highly highly recommend!!!

Great stay!

AMAZING!

Amazing!

This condo was great! The listing provided exactly what you got. The property managers were great from the initial inquiry until we checked out of the condo. The property managers were quick to respond to questions and emails. They had everything laid out and were very professional. The check-in process was detailed which provided us an easy check in. The check-out process was just the same. The condo provided enough room for 5 of us to stay comfortably. The Condo was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and had soft sheets and comforters. The view out the back of the condo was fabulous. We were able to sit on the patio in the morning and enjoy looking out on the ocean. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful

Rachel was very professional and helpful and the property was really really nice. The balcony was large and had wonderful views day and night . The condo was very spacious clean and well equipped. Tolles Appartement

Wir waren absolut begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Das Appartement selbst ist schon toll und dann noch der Ausblick. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, das das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer doch etwas schmal ist. Die Lage fanden wir auch optimal. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Publix und der kostenlose Metromover und Trolleybus fahren nur wenige Meter entfernt los. Es hat auch alles wunderbar zwecks Ein- und Auschecken geklappt. Also EMPFEHLENSWERT!

Amazing view, great place and great communication!

We arrived late at night around 11:30 pm and still were able to communicate with Rachel for couple questions we had. She was very friendly and stopped by to meet us next morning when we came in. This place had one of the best view and it was simply amazing place to stay. We stayed here with my family of 6 adults without any issues, and totally loved it. This was 100% better option then staying at a hotel!! Thank you for the great service Rachel, will surely consider staying here again. Oh and the pool and hot tub in the building are just amazing!! Totally worth it.

This place was spectacular. Views were amazing. Travel here for business and staying at the Grand makes the traffic worth it. Property Manager Rachel makes the process very easy. Have booked through her many times.

Lincoln Road Mall, a 10-block stretch of shopping and dining in the heart of South Beach. Check out the Art Deco architecture on Ocean Drive, across from the beaches. When the sun goes down, South Beach comes alive with a vibrant nightlife, boasting an array of bars and clubs. The Grand is 5 minutes away from Wynwood. The coolest neighborhood in Miami known for its murals, bars, delicious restaurants, shopping, and galleries. With a diverse mix of culture, art, and cuisine, Wynwood is a must-see destination. Brickell City Center is a shopping and dining destination located 2 miles south of The Grand. This upscale outdoor shopping center spans several blocks and boasts a collection of designer stores, boutiques, and shops. Brickell City Center is home to some of Miami's most highly-rated restaurants and bars, ranging from cafes to rooftop lounges.
